DP (1) doesn't seem like she wants to go into full flowering, pistils on all the tops but developing slowly, and still stretching. I'm thinking that this was maybe the bagseed which got mixed with the rest of the seeds. DP (2) has a week or two left Purple Bud (although not so purple) is also close to harvest

This is really a great competition, not just for the prizes but for the learning material. Cannot wait for the outdoor!!

I would buy all of the products advertised if I had some money lying around, everything looks great!

I can handle it when my plants are damaged due to nature, but when people try and steal your plants, or parts thereof, it infuriates me. You can't even smoke the buds yet. Purple Bud LSD-25 Before After

Happy to report, all well in cannaland. Only recieved straight water while I was gone. DP (1) DP (2) Purple Bud seemed to have healed. One small branch didn't heal and planted the piece before a left, seems like it took Saw today that another branch also didn't make it. The rest looks good [emoji108] Should I remove the tape and rope or leave it till harvest?

Have been away from home the last week and a half, flying back tonight. Phoned her Wednesday, she tells me she is at my house and there are cops there. I just told her go see what they want and phone me if there is trouble. Turns out an old lady drove through the wall! Police had no problem with the plants. [emoji847] Anyway, she moved them to her house (except for the DP (1) due to size), scared that someone might steal them Can't wait to see them tomorrow, havent even seen a photo since I left!!

So far the Purple Bud still looks good after taping her up. Sprayed kelpak after taping her, will spray some phyta end of this week. The make shift shading collapsed and decapitated Durban Poison (2) the same day Purple Bud had her accident Replaced the shading with net Durban Poison (1) still growing in length

Amnesia (2) was harvested Sunday morning and hung to dry. Placed the buds in jars this morning. This time around I didn't wait until the stem snaps before curing, waited to just before it snaps, think this will improve my curing. Didn't take wet weight but before cure they weighing in at 59g Before harvest After dry

DP (1) standing at 1.9m and very thirsty, need to water at least 2l each day otherwise leaves droop. Same as DP (2), flowering slooowly DP (2), not much to say thinking of giving her a hair cut looks to bushy At long last Purple Bud decided it is flowering time

Waiting "patiently" for Purple Bud to start flowering DP(1) still stretching DP2 at around 4weeks flowering Amnesia Auto (2) looking good at just over 8 weeks

Auto Amnesia (1) harvested yesterday with about 2% amber, one day short of 12 weeks. She got pollinated, havent inspected all the buds, but so far removed 1 seed and there are few pods with underdeveloped seeds. I removed the branches, did a rough trim, a 3 bucket wash, hung to drip dry in the garage for 24h and placed them in a drying box today. Wet weight = 142g.

Agreed! Whiskey also up there. I might be prejudice as I worked at a brandy distillery and now in wine industry. Thought my friend and I were ready for peat (not really tasted heavy peats before). Bought him (us) a bottle of Laguvulin 16... was a bit much, certainly an acquired taste.

There is a plant/s that gives the same type of odour as generic flowering cannabis. Underneath Frans Conradie Bridge in Brackenfell (WC) and in front of CSIR in Stellenbosch. Love it! Really need to go check which plants these are.

From what I understand it is "normal" for leaves to start yellowing and falling off during flowering. The plant is using its reserves to power the buds. I think that you wouldn't want yellowing leaves the first few weeks of flowering, as this could indicate a lack in nutrients. On the other hand, you would like to see leaves yellowing and diying the last few weeks, as this indicates that the nutrients in your medium is used up.

Also, I mentioned in my original post that I dropped 3 Durban Poison seeds on my carpet and when I picked them up there were four seeds. So one of these two DP's might not be a DP.

Moving to a new home within the next 2 weeks, bigger yard with a wendy (converting to grow room..bank permitting) Made my first salve a few weeks ago, handed it out to family and co workers. Very positive feedback, my aunty (does not sound right, it is my tannie) hasn't used the prescribed meds by the dermatologist since then(She did consult the dermatologist)! Seems as though my first batch only helps for skin problems, need to do some more researching on arthritis as this is a big problem in my family. They are still hesitant on ingesting. "Funny" how a few months ago we were shunned for being dagga koppe and now everybody wants some or other cannabis product. Saw a meme yesterday stating: "The Hippies were right!!" Two of my favourite fragrances are flowering bud and a good brandy. You now know too much.
