i hoped and i was correct in my thinking!! third seed was cracked and planted this morning, all 3 are now preparing for glory just beneath the surface. i have 1 qb288 in the 1.2x1.2 area - i think its at max... i need to measure again and check at some point... i need to actually check all my lights watts using Haifa Spliff S1 in veg with added Ca EDTA ... sprinkle of black magic, and a PH range of 5.7-6.0 below is the range i am using in my custom specialized storage compartments (milo tins) h

I fucken hate it.... It's the worst ever... I ran out of pucks from a recent cutting spree I thought I had a few left but I couldn't find them... So I paper toweled it and it's been so troublesome... So far 2 of the 3 have popped, and are in the main tote, while the 3rd one will soak again until tomorrow morning where I will plant it... Hopefully it's cracked By then
  5. keen to see where it leads you man
  6. yo yo!! sounds pretty cool! i wasnt aware that you guys also bred.. very cool... are you part of the breeders lounge?
  7. shiiiiiiit that hamper and scale!!! who doesnt wanna weigh their stash on a Wu Tang piece!! haha good luck to all!!
  8. no i agree man... if you wanna get machines involved, then you gotta go the full hog with hydro, and get pumps and chillers and seriously automate growing! still doesnt take the daily checking away
  9. yea, but just the sensor part...
  10. im not entirely sure how the rain sensor works, but i know it senses either moisture or RH ... shouldnt be too far fetched to get it to trigger in a meduim... only problem is its only one sensor for the whole thing and not per zone LOL...
  11. see if you cant find some 5l bottles and make some premix with the stuff - its not just coz the site recommends it...it will really take you half the time to make a 60l batch of nutes going forward, if anything, that should excite you the most hahaha i put double of everything into the 5l premix, along with a drop or 2 of food colour to distinguish them. i have no input about the dry ferts... i have only used part B as a dry fert, but its just calcuim nitrate
  12. lekker man! such good news that you are setting up again after whatever set you back! sounds like some fire man, that dosidos sounds interesting
  13. @PsyCLown was investigating fans not so long ago, as was @Prom lets see if they have any 2c in the matter
  14. i have installed quite a few of these... they are very cool. they are made for outside garden, but it should work pretty well inside too i guess. you wire up solenoids to your irrigation system and then the rainbird waters for as long as you like, i think its adjustable, down to the minute which, depending on water pressure, may be a bit too long. but outdoors, its the bomb, this or the hunter system... very user friendly with multiple zones, each fully adjustable to what time they come on and how long they must come on for... you can also get a rain sensor so that the machine doesnt water while its raining, which, i am sure you could substitute for something indoors that measures moisture in the meduim and will only water if its not wet enough
  15. whats up!! we have come from similar humble beginnings!! glad to have you onboard! show us the goods broooo!! what are you growing currently?
  16. sjoe, that low on the mpk? i ran out of mpk the most especially when i move to flower. even the recommended ratio from hortimix uses a butt load more mpk than that. also, thats a high grow value, you want to limit the nitrogen in flower once you flip... but to be fair, i have seen guys use hortimix in a wide variety of ways and generally they are led to success. when i was using hortimix i was getting good per plant weights, above 70g
  17. shit...she holds herself up well still!! sure shes flopped over...but no folding stems or anything, very cool

Alright boys and girls!! I have had a busy birthday weekend for my Daughter, and missed the kickoff by a bit! But, seeds are soaking now in a paper towel and drip of water and will be planted directly into the medium and final pot Hoping that by having no transplant down time I may be able to claw back the almost 48 hour handicap!! High hopes... Or maybe it's just me that's high
  19. Sweet EC targets... I meant what ratio of the 3 so you use? How much grow how much micro and how much bloom in veg do you use, and same for flower. I ran your same ec values, but for veg, I used 1:1:1 for micro grow and bloom And in flower I went to 1:0.5:2 micro grow and bloom Had very decent results like that...
  20. Yea dude!! Tops light you got there... These qb distributors are really stepping up the local grow scene quality! And can't grow wrong with the hortimix... What ratio are you following? Supplied ratio or custom?
  21. Damn straight @MAK-420 This place took me from barely 20g a plant at the best of my abilities... To over 100g a plant with ease. The tips and methods and techniques... Will all push you to a higher level. Check the grow diaries out to see what others are doing, comment and ask to your hearts consent!!
