Wellcome man!! Any plans for a small grow? Maybe something outdoor if you up for it!

Whats your experiences ordering from international seed banks ?
CreX replied to SoloKush's topic in Seed Banks & Seed Shops
Fast buds resending your order for free? If so... That's pretty legit of them to honor such an order -
I ment don't risk it!! Im sure it will be fine

If you could raise the humidity in the area to 100% or close for a few days... That should be enough to get rid of the pollen.... But it will also open up a mold possibility... I'd say risk it... If it's a personal project then no harm... If you wanna sell the seeds, then git good at keeping stray pollen out haha

all thats left to do is maybe turn the bulk into concentrates...or up your smoke game and smoke more hahaha

Madness! but the truth is there! you get what you pay for...

my experience with HID has not come close to my LED experience. Granted i was using 400w HPS and not the bigger boys - so the difference for me has been chalk and cheese And contrary to popular belief, i have grown larger, denser more plentiful buds with LED than i ever did with HPS and i have already paid for half my lights just with savings on electricity due to the efficiency of the LEDs and i have to agree with @PsyCLown, the right strain , and the right pheno make the biggest difference. Keen to hear the comparison @Budwizer!!!

Anyone have experience with the Samsung lm301b grow lights? Plant health...
CreX replied to Milie's topic in Indoor Growing
still not sure what tent you have? if you have a 1.5x1.5 tent, you will be running short on light and will need more to fully utilize your space, but not the results wont be terrible either. the power is in the diodes! and they are good diodes! so dont fret about the lower diode count... it really only affects your grow footprint , not the output -

Correct, by diodes I mean each little light on the PCB. So a single Qb288 has 288 diodes on it, and not 234. So your fixture is 234x2 which is 468 diodes, where a double QB fitting would be 288x2 which is 576 diodes. The lower price reflects 20% drop in diodes, so it's not a bad deal. But you can get the standard sized qb288s from some of the suppliers on this site at a very similar price, if not better priced. -

i just checked and these are not the standard QB288 boards. these boards are made smaller to make them a bit cheaper. QB288 layout is 16 diodes by 18 diodes to get 288 diodes on a board. These lights are 13 diodes by 18 diodes, which is 234 diodes, roughly 20% less diodes per panel. factoring that into the equation, i would say those lights will be solid for a 1x1 area i see you mentioned your tent in sqm, 2.2sqm, which sounds like a 1.5x1.5 size tent? if you could get an additional light set like that, or from another supplier, then i rate you will have decent light for your 1.5. -
very nice info mate! i have just been battling with time to go through it all...but it is good info

it would be...if they ever get around to releasing the damn game hahahaha

It's the same thing in the end man... The only difference is the glass they use for the bulb may allow extra UV light through it. Not enough to pay a premium for the horti range imo. You get dual spectrum bulbs that are more worth while buying, but also pricey... Why are you asking about it though? Do you have an existing hps system? Or building one or what?

Kind of... I am using Haifa nutrient line, the Spliff range. S1 S2 S3 and Duo+k Following the feeding plan because it works. And added calcuim from GH powder feeds, and Epsom salts... every feed So still a powdered nute which takes some getting used to as it takes a while to dissolve.

I had really good success with hortimix. The most crucial part of they nute regime in my opinion... And you gotta do this right away!!! Chuck that feeding guideline away and never consult it again.... Christ I get a hernia just thinging about it.... Eeuiggg I found the mixing recipe ultra weak aswell... I think I doubled it or even tripped it... Just remember to half the dose or third the dose... That made my feeding easier.... Was going through almost half a litre every feed at one point of the weak mix... Not fun lol. I used the entire lot in every feed. A:B:MKP in a ratio as follows. 1:1:1 for veg per litre up to 350ppm/0.7EC 0.5:1:2 for flower from week 3 in flower till harvest 800ppm/1.3EC I ran into shit if I went anywhere near 1000ppm. Also note that I keep a box of Epsom salts on hand and generally add a teaspoon per 10l to every feed as well. When I run out of my current nutes in half a decade, I'll go back to horti

I have had a look at the build quality of these lights and I am impressed at the sleek design and lekker meters and dimmers... It's all round a sweet deal. I bought some lights via light it up a while back but it was a bit more DIY than what they offer now... But the LED's are the same... And I am very happy! Changed my grow from zero to hero and intend on buying more

Mmm haven't seen anyone complain about that soil before. But it could be too hot as you say... Maybe check the run off and see if you can see anything strange.
