  1. great job on not giving up man!! i would put the smaller one outside as the sun would get it to catch up real fast what indoor light do you have?
  2. my tent has flapson the inside and outside of where the zip is, so that when zipped up, the flaps cover the zip and reduce light leaks. maybe you could add your own flaps of sorts... as for the pinhole leak... that im sure is either a manufactring defect, or you poked your tent with something haha... some ductape will sort you out in that case... also, thats the light coming OUT of the tent. you would need to reverse the experiment where you have lights outside the tent, and the inside is dark, close yourself up into the tent... then you can see if you have any light leaks coming into your tent
  3. price? links? if you have the space for the tent then you have to do it... its not a question anymore haha
  4. LOL i also battle with Potassium and Phosphorus to be honest the only way i get around it is by fast checking with google... takes me less than a min and then i know im golden haha. Does anyone else have any tips for remembering which is which?
  5. very good very good. plants are looking tip top bru. good work on the super crop, it turned out well! i would just remove one leaf in the mix - the one that when you first super cropped was covering everything. LOL i had a forced supercrop session the other day when one of my qbs fell after i adjusted it, and it smashed a branch properly... shame... luckily i had a trellis to hold up the broken cola... and now she has a fat knuckle!!
  6. a lack of potassium is the likely cause of the burnt edges. but being in freedomfarms and the plant not being huge, im not entirely sure. it could be a root issue, but the rest of the plant looks fine. maybe pick that leaf off and watch for signs of new damage

do yourself a favour and stock up on some IPM products if you can. Get an anti fungal agent - copper soap, Sulphur burner, neem too a little, AQSG Get an anti bacterial - H202 is great for spraying plants, unscented bleach is good for general disinfectant of your tent and tools (Sodium hypochlorite) Get an insectacide - Margret has a whole bunch that are pretty potent, Neem, Pyrol all work like a dream and then, also get a wetting agent, as well as a foliar feed of your choice, kelpak is good, and have had good experience with Trellmix all that could easily set you back over a grand, and there are many other products i did not mention, but i would start with the copper soap and pyrol, and a wetting agent. tis the season for PM with all this humidity and rain we are having.

dont stress it mate! soon you will be just like the rest of us with beautiful happy plants! stick around and you cannot fail
  9. i feel a need to mention it to everyone when i see it. i lost some amazing genetics because i thought i was doing them a favour by increasing the humidity locally to the little plant by using a dome thing alas, i lost her, and now she is gone forever. i dont want that hardship to be experienced by any of my growmies

in my opinion... i would give each of those pots about a litre of water each, no nutes... and literally forget about them for a week the poor things arent even a few days old and you are over stressing haha. the baby has just been born, you dont need to worry about college for a while my bru! take it easy... the sun will do its job the sun also provides about the same amount of energy to your plant in a few min, as those lights will in the whole night. they are Autos so you dont need to worry about a light cycle. and if your tems are not dipping below 15 degrees, you can leave them outside the whole time, they will grow big and strong! bottom line, what i am trying to say is... right now, you are the danger to your babies. they are looking good man dont be so worried! Peace and love man!
  11. i read you say lights? did you get a few more as suggested? otherwise if it was just one light, please provide some pics of your plant. also maybe an estimate of how many grams you yeilded? if you get close to 20, then the light didnt do too bad
  12. Hey man! be careful not to smother the seedlings with those domes... i would throw them in the bin honestly... if the seeds have broken surface, you are only doing them an injustice. and greatly improving the odds of dampening off.
  13. i dono... my tent temps havent been nice... the past heat wave pushed my temps way high, into the 30s and my plants are pretty close to my lights less than 15cm at some parts, i should actually raise them again i think. anyways. saying that, i dont feel thats your issue. likely a lack of something. what are you feeding with?
  14. i cant see anything man... the spotty damage could be a number of pests... thrips, spidermites, whitefly. an insectaside should sort it out. bioneem/pyrol... margrets brands work well too
  15. looking good bro! not sure what issues you encountered as your plants look great! keep up the great efforts man!

maybe take a few cuttings incase she doesnt come right. but it legit looks like bug damage... do you have a microscope to get a close up of the damage?

any of your other ladies experiencing this?
  20. that sounds like a lot of information to process!! but welcome haha! mi casa su casa
  21. the zoom is adjustable via a thumb roller, so you can adjust on the fly. other microscopes iv tried arent as easy to adjust without lifting the microscope off the bud
  22. sweet stuff man! the baking section of most shops have Epsom salts. the orange box
  23. Epsom salts is magnesium sulphate, so it will help with common magnesium deficiency's and the extra sulphur is also benificial. you can be quite liberal with the stuff as a toxicity is unlikely if ph is on point. i used to do dump feeds like once a month where i would give all my plants one large dose of MG, now i just add it to every feed. 10g (one heaped teaspoon) into 20l of water. you could use a level teaspoon into 10l if you dont mix much at a time. like i said, its hard to go overboard
  24. mmmm im sure mine said 1600 on the box or on the microscope itself. 1000x is still excellent and you wont be able to guess incorrectly haha funny enough, the max zoom is actually too much to get a good enough picture. you see the trichomes super close up! but like in @PsyCLown pic, you only get a few in the scene to look at, which makes me end up looking at many many other places. i stick to the 300x zoom i think it is... where i can see like 50 trichomes at a time and be able to get a better guestimate on when to harvest
