Welcome yo !! Shem... Seems like you got caught in the middle of everything with this nasty lockdown!! First up - totally correct with windowsill growing... It's not good... You need direct sunlight on the leaves, and not reflected light. So I say take them outside in the morning so they can get the most sun possible... 11 hours if possible as apposed to likely under 2 hours of direct light while the sun rises or sets on your window sil. And then take them inside to a dark dark place... A windowsill here would also suck if you went into the room and turned a light on... It's not as critical with Autos... But it's important to note it. Next as @Prom mentioned, you need good soil/nutrient feeding What do you have for nutrients currently? If nothing.. Then I suggest you go to pnp and buy some Epsom salts, and if you are lucky and they have a garden section, you should be able to find a basic liquid fertilizer... Don't go granular fertilizer as it's often slow release... And you won't have enough time to effectively use it before harvest... Seagrow is a common one or nitrosol is better for flower and both you can find in pnp garden section. Follow the instructions on the bottle and we might just get you to a better harvest than you hoped for... 1)outside in the wind and the sun all day, and in side in a dark place at night 2)epsom salts and seagrow and you will be happy. Prom did mention that autos need perfection... For a good yeild, everything must be right from the word go. Autos do not recover well from stunting and are often quite a challenge for new growers.

I say coverage is better... So like @PsyCLown said, raise the lights a bit and up the power. But I'm gonna say it again, you have to be able to measure the light coming from your lights, in order to be able to place lights correctly and at the right height. Simple lux meter takes that guess work away. And then I go for a ballpark intensity of at least 50k lumens anywhere on my canopy as coverage for flower... So with that goal of getting a 50k coverage you can determine how high or low you need to put your lights... Typically I aim for 50k on the outskirts of the grow, knowing that anything closer to the light than the outskirts will be much higher intensity which is also okay...remembering Plants can handle maximum intensity under the sun. If at canopy level you aren't getting over 20k intensity - I'd say lower your lights or raise the wattage. Note - I haven't slept and I'm still partially slizzered from some decent LSD tabs please pardon any ramblings

Download a lux app on your phone... It will take a lot of the guess work out of it

Really? Maybe try running them a little cooler if you can and drop them a bit. I have similar qbs, and can comfortably keep the light at a few cm(10~15) above the canopy In flower, my cellphone lux app hits over 70k-100k lux intensity which is pretty decent. My aim is for 50k minimum a cross the whole canopy Otherwise I'm super keen to see your grow yo!!

Well, if you want to grow outside... You need outdoor lights to control the light cycle easier. Without that, I hope you are nearing harvest because weed won't grow outdoor in the low hours of light available

Yo man!! You have a decent little budget. So let's start with how much space you have... Sounds like 1mx1m is about what you are looking at? Seems legit. How are you going to grow them? Hydro or coco or soil? You must get a decent growing meduim of your choice, and a few pots for the plants here's a list of the very important things you need for a successful grow. *light - there are tons of guys on the forum with extensive knowledge about the right lights... The lights in your links... Meh... I wouldn't go for them... Blurples are not the future they are the past. *good soil or whatever, hier quality the easier the grow *decent nutrient feed, the higher the quality, the easier the grow *timer for light cycling *area that can be completely dark during dark cycle... A tent is easiest and best for this. *circulation fans *extractor/intake fan for fresh air *pH meter and a ppm/EC meter... This is very important as a novice grower. I know it's not details... But these are the things you need... And I'm pretty sure you can get it all plus more with your budget What do you think @PsyCLown

Oh! I saw something that also might help... Those led globes you have in... See if you can't get a fitting with a less omni directional disperser... Downlight shape are better with a more unidirectional light focus.

Yea what's uuuuuup! Okay, because it's what you have at the moment, I'm not gonna elaborate on the point of you needing a better light blah blah... You already know this much... I'm going to focus on how best to use the thing. First up... Nice innovation hehe it looks cool enough 2nd up, all those lights have different intensity and usefulness in a veg environment, but for it to be more efficient, you need to create as even canopy of light as you can. Best way to do this is download a basic lux app onto your phone, and test each of the globes at a distance of 30cm. For best results you would like to maintain a constant output over a large area as apposed to high concentration in a small area and little elsewhere. So adjust the lights heights so that you can attain this, you might find you will need to either raise or lower the household LED's Next, you need to be able to adjust the light higher and lower with relitive ease because they will need to be about 30cm above the canopy of your plants at all times.... Seedlings, maybe 45cm if the fitting gets hot in any way. And yea, that's the best advice for your temp light, who knows, maybe it doesn't do a half bad job. 1)nice innovation 2)get the light intensity level as constant as you can across the whole fixture 3)make it easy to adjust regularly

Yea, home bound there is little you can do... The Epsom salts will only do good with the magnesium and sulphates And the eggshell vibe will help for some calcuim. But the best would be to have prepared your soil beforehand with all the necessary bits. But it's your first plant!! So no harm done haha. @Mambawana is right with the time frames, but you should also consider popping a few new beans for fun. Or hold off until after winter. Are you planning on an indoor setup?

Well straight up... The rules weren't hard to follow. You gave warnings and still persons did not comply and that did suck... The competition needs to maybe have noob catagory and a "best newcomer" award, but needs to be more suited for experienced growers looking to challenge themselves. There are quite a few breeders on the site that I am sure will love to exhibit their genetics as the staple genetic for a grow off so maybe offer this to some of the local breeders... Give us an amount of seeds you need per grow off, and I'm sure guys will come to the party. Potentially a small buy in for serious contestants to compete for the main prizes , and consolation prizes for other entries that don't buy in.

I guess so... "Organic" growing is widely a Grey area on what is and what isn't "Organic" I would say your system leans more toward very organic in your methods. Some might contest that the system itself doesn't have its organic origins... But I would say it's more organic than a bottle bought nute solution. Although I still recommend it as a backup as you are in an experimental phase
