Very interesting, I have also run the first few weeks of bloom with MH lamps to try reduce stretch in early bloom. I can't say definitively that it made much difference. But the theory is solid. I actually found that a more full spectrum, so the HPS and MH together, the plants grew best in the section where the light mixes in the middle... It could be because the light is more intense in that area... But I dono... I thought they just grew better in general.

Clones are another story... I have also had large success with cuttings in just a cup of water... Which pretty much boils down to the same thing. My bubbler though, has bubbles not to oxygenate the water, but rather to spit water droplets onto the stems of my cuttings.. I find a greatly increased rooting speed with this method.

I dono about the nothing happened part... I had an outdoor hydro... It was the most amazing growing iv ever seen... But it's pumps were connected to my Bloom room... And I turned off my Bloom room because there were no plants in it at the time... I only realized after a week... But the plants were fucked... Growth halted to a standstill... No further bud development happened... Leaves started dying at a rapid rate... Eventually I just pulled them and dumped them... It was truly one of the saddest things iv ever had to go through... Once or twice for a few hours during a grow won't be the end of the plants... But this loadshedding is not just once or twice... If you do not have a UPS on your oxygenation devices in DWC current, and are getting loadshed, then yeilds are being affected.

@MeepmeepzaI have a 400w ballast and reflector and globes (HPS and MH) ... But I can't go as low as 500. It has chains to hang it, and long cables so you can mount the ballast outside the grow area. Let me know if you are interested, send me a PM

You need to decide how you are going to grow... Hydro, coco, soil You need a grow space, tent, cupboard, DIY grow space... You will need lights. LED, HID, Flourecent Lets start there and hear your feedback

Okay, so more of a split between the branches... How you have it is fine... Maybe try wedge something under that branch so it is supported better. This should heal... As long as the cambuim layer of the woody stems didn't break in that 10% you will be fine. I had a Ghost train that something similar happened, and it made a full recovery. If the leaves are still perky and happy, the branch will make it... Maybe do a defoliation on that branch to reduce the load on the little bit of cambuim it has left...

Was a fold? Or a break? Both of them you should actually just leave in the bent position unless the plant is in early to mid veg... Late veg and you could do more damage than good, often leading up to the whole branch dying anyways. So if you can... Undo your tape and let the break be broken.... Maybe try support it amongst the rest of the plant. If you can move the plant indoor for a week or so, just enough for the plant to start healing properly then you could maybe get away with it... But the outdoor wind and rain is going to break your fix and cause more harm.

I have a few extra stragglers now, Chiquita Banana x2 Inzane x2 Grape Diamonds x1 Euphoria auto x1 And a bunch of clones, I think more Chiquita Banana, and some Tropicana* banana I stand to be corrected on the clones though

Trimming no... Maybe a Lil... But the sun really penetates so it's not really needed. You should be trellis netting your outdoor though. The wind and the rain will cause havock in bloom when the bud gets heavy, you need something to support the stems Im sorry about the broken branch though... That really sucks
