So here are a few pics of the hardest part, solo setting up tents Yes... Plual... I took a vid of them both set up... Pics don't do it justice... The whole room is just 2 tents

Guess whose back? Guess which mother fucker has not let life win? Guess who got back to reality and set up my tents and is ready to grow some quality cannabis flower?? Me guys.... It's me

Alright bro! If you can make your space a bit bigger then you will be okay... If the sun never shines... A grow cabinet, outside, on an open balcony... You are going to have major heat issues, especially now when summer comes along... Any direct sun hitting the cabinet will push your Temps in the cabinet sky high.... Likely upper 30's...which is way way to hot. Is there no space to somehow keep the grow space inside? Alternatively... It is legal to grow at home unless the lease specifically says you cant...so If 3 autos is your goal... I would put them straight on the balcony and not give a single fuck... You will grow a decent 3 plants that way and he happy with the results.

I would rather even only do one plant in an area that small. 30cm is barely enough for one plant What is the other dimension? 1m high is sufficient 30cm across is minimal. If it's more than 60cm deep, then maybe 2 plants. Is there not another option you can go for? Maybe one of grow ops lights, and a small tent? It's gonna sound a bit critical, but you came here for advice and I'm gonna give it to you. I think you are setting yourself up for failure trying to grow in that small space. If you are trying growing for fun and as an experiment then I think you will be disappointed... If you are growing to move away from buying, or are growing because danky dank is expensive... Then you will be further disappointed brother. If your light budget is 2k, I would get a grow ops light and a small tent, 80x80 and set yourself up for greater success.

Nice man! What lights have you there?

3m max.... Max max max.... And I couldn't figure it out either... I could probably................ Okay so I did some reading. And the reason you can't have very long cables is because of an increase in capacitance of the wire which can lead to excessive capacitive leakage and shut down the ballast. @nakes, I took a quick look for you, and it seems 25' or 7.62m... Quite a bit short of your 17m. Also, another site said not a fuck... 2ft max... So there is some controversy on what is acceptable... I think your electronic ballast also works with capacitance and a similar principle might apply. Cant you mount it closer?

You don't need to keep the light close to the plants, to keep them in veg, they just need extra light. I went with a 45w flourecent bulb and that seems to have done the trick for me. I think 300w might be a bit overkill if anything.
-
So I saw the topic and something similar, with much greater consequences, popped into my mind. Not that many, or any one, is growing with flourecent tubes on this site, but if you were to wire an electronic flourecent ballast, the wire length must be adhered to otherwise you will pop the ballast. The warning is written on the ballast and I did not adhere to the warning... Popped 4 ballasts before I stopped myself to figure out what the fuck is wrong. So with your ballast being electronic aswell, I would maybe just check online for a spec sheet... It might give you more info.

I definitely enjoy Sativa highs more than Indica vibes. Each has their place, but an energetic buzz is my fix

I agree... With coco, you either stick to one style or the other... I have had magnificent success with microbes and teas in my DWC.. But that's with inoculations from the word go. The mycorrhizal fungi is chilled because it attaches itself to the roots and the roots feed them. I wouldn't use teas in your coco if you plan to reuse any of the coco... But if you aren't... Then I would go with teas in the coco... Greenkush is correct in saying that the medium is inert so if you over dose on microbes, there won't be enough food to go around... And some will die... That is bad because they rot and decay.. And just cause a whole bunch of shit. Molasses in the coco will help feed them... But you also don't want to go too heavy with that. Try a few things out... Play a bit... Get a feel for the coco and microbes, and let other plants go without

Delicious!

I had an issue with my hps led light where the center grew faster than the outskirts.... It is possibly due to the light being centralized with only one source of light( where the qbs will definitely make things more even) ... But you could bend a few that would be getting the primest light down alil so that the outskirts don't lose out on some light in late flower.

The adjustment in pH should be fairly easy to resolve though... Measure your runoff pH, and make a mix with a higher or lower pH, and stick to that for a few feeds and you should be fine. I would leave a flush for a more serious problem if one does crop up. The new growth with the leaves with 3 blades... Indicates a weird light schedule, even new New growth in veg has the 5 spokes... Just something to consider Has this plant been getting a strict veg light cycle or not really? Perhaps a bit indoors and a bit outdoors? I agree with @Mambawana on a pH issue, especially if you have been following feeding schedule provided by the nute manufacturer.

Upped the EC with more nutes or calmag? Plants are looking better, but I would say it's more due to the fresh res than the upped EC
-
Fair argument, but still not actually acceptable as a large supplier... They must sort their shit out.. Same as Organic matters soils.... People pay premium bucks for premium soil and frankly... Fungus infested medium is not a premium product.
-
Well, if you have already done a reschange, then I would go normal strength nutes. With nutriplex I follow the recipe, so I think it's 8-8-8 per 10l for plants that size. I added about a table spoon of Epsom to 35l of water and it really makes the ppm spike! I would maybe go in at 200ppm over and above your nute ppm, which should be around 350. Also add EMProSoil and pH to 5.5, and let it drift to 6.4. Do you let your tap water sit for a while before you use it?

There is some good stuff here! I must disagree with the root zone developing its own bacteria... That's some next level Darwinism right there haha!! The roots can't make bacteria... But they can feed bacteria that is introduced to the medium by dumping carbohydrates which the microbes eat. Hence introducing diverse teas for the root zone As for your leaves, I wouldn't say it's a toxicity.. But rather a possible lockout. What is your ppm and pH sitting st? I know you have had decent success with using your res water for long, but I must say that I have seen similar growth with reses that haven't been changed in 5 weeks and longer. For me the sweet spot is still 4 weeks. If you want... You can add just some of the micro and none of the grow and bloom. That should get you till your flip date where you can dump the res and make it fresh. Also, have you been adding any calmag? To be honest, I think the plants look okay still and recovery should be swift

Yea the lux meter on the phone is pretty useless for PAR. But it is still a good guideline in terms of light intensity and light placement. If you have decent lights and you trust your lights, then the lux meter is pretty handy

Yyyeeeeaaaaaahhh boooooooooi!!! And now... You do the things... And then you smoke the buds

With heartfelt disappointment I must say that I have terminated my entire grow. There's some shit at home with my ex and I have fucked off... I pulled everything and turned all my lights off... There is nothing left. Peace guys! It's been great! Catch you on the flip side
