Holla guys! So I am finally off the mark with this run, Ayla Blueberry #1 has sprouted and is out of the jiffy, just waiting for number 2 now

I would love to exchange some seeds with you... Sadly I don't have much in the way of popular genetics.. I have however been through over a hundred seeds looking for only the best growing strains and have the following to offer. Ayla Blueberry - outdoor seeded by Dutch passion Blueberry hermie (too much stress at the end of flower) Aurora Kush - outdoor seeded by DP Blueberry Dutch passion Blueberry - 2 seeds Gummyberry#1 Lemi know! Yay or nay! I am keen on the CL x Gelato tho... What can I do to get some of those beans?

Sadly it's almost a go big or go home kinda situation... You can get away with a small setup for pumps and fans and small things... But when it comes to keeping the big lights on for hours and hours... You gotta pump the money in

So iv had a Nova S8 which I bought from Green thumb a few years ago.. Maybe 3.. I have flowered many plants under it and have not really had any bad experience with it... It is a blurple Generally have high trichome fuzz under it, along with dank dense nugs.. But I have not seen anyone else really exhibit them... I have modified mine a bit... But what is other peeps input on this light?

You will need to do this properly from the word go... Trust me from experience.. You do not wanna try stuff and "see if it works".. You will waste weeks of time, many plants, and have endless headaches.. My solution would be to hit them hard with Predatory mites, swarski mites... They chow spider mites, thrips, white flies... Pretty much anything on your ladies... You can get some from livingseeds. Co. Za There is another place iv seen them mentioned... But I can't remember now

I have a feeling that she was pollinated by the DP Blueberry I had outdoor that hermied late in flower due to crazy weather and high stress So it's more of a test run for me to see what comes out of this.. I'm very keen to get more Ayla blueberry in the ground outdoor and nows the time to plant before outdoor season

LOL nice!! That would have rocked too... She was into her Blueberry so it made sense at the time... But after growing it for 2 years... It's defs blueberry on the money

I have tons of these in my garden... Luckily they didn't cause any noticeable damage to my plants... They are really good in the compost bin to chow the compost and aeration

Short story behind this strain. So, sadly, my girlfriends sister passed away in a car accident 2 years ago.. Very sad.. But in her possessions were 2 seeds labeled "BB", and since she was into her high quality weed, I decided to grow out the seeds, and call them Ayla Blueberry... I grew her indoor at first and was not entirely impressed... 12 week flowering time and very leggy... Chucked the last clone outdoor, and she grew... Fast... Beautiful...bountiful... Wow of a plant Delicious smell, buds made of candy.. Tons of buds... Went so dark purple she was almost black!! To top it off... The keif I collected from her, when crushed alil, smelled of blueberries.. I was so stoked!! So here goes her offspring... I have a few seeds that I am soaking in water, and will move to jiffies tonight Wish me luck!! Sorry about the non sequenced pics!!

With great sadness, this grow diary is now closed... Both seeds died shortly after becoming apparent.. The cause was unusual seed husk strength that prevented growth, on both seeds though? I dono... I did move some coco fibers around to see what was happening after 5 days, but sheesh that was such light work moving some fibres aside.. Didn't even dig... So I'm sure I never damaged them They were free seeds, so I can imagine they weren't the cream of the crop. Check it out, husks were super stuck to the cotyledons

Anyone else tried their bred genetics? I got these beans for free, so I'm not complaining

Packaging seems updated... Still not sure which seed bank these came from so we will see. So far both have germinated, but let's see!

All the parts and labor are relatively cost friendly... Except for the batteries... To go off the grid for just your grow... The layout would be still fairly costly on batteries. So I'm not up to date on pricing... But I do know what you will need. You need a 24v solar panel A voltage regulator to charge the battery A converting unit from 24v to 230..a UPS pc board really... And batteries.. A fuck load of batteries

Sadly my budget sounds quite a bit tighter than yours... If it wasn't for that truth that growing is cheaper than buying, I might still be buying. My grow costs about 800 a month.. But I have a geyser... 2 fridges... Stove... Microwave... Shit adds up yo, and now it's gonna add up 15% faster... If all I had to pay was my measly 800, then I would agree with the elec hike being irrelevant

I do think we have a lower spend than some other growers... I can imagine if your grow cost was 2400 alone I'd be swearing in a different shade of purple

Yea dude... It's a growers nightmare Elec went up by 15%... Not sure how you missed the news.. Everybody is kakking in their pants over this hike My household elec bill comes to 2400, Which leaves me with 4-500 Rand extra per month Quite a knock for me, the pauper...
