  1. The Charlottes Angel is coming along nice, had some issues with PM but the milk and AQ sf seems to be helping quite a bit. You can see the seeds are forming, the bud is looking good. It is a 10 - 12 weeks train so got a while to go still and the bud needs to swell up some more still before I start checking trichomes. A very sweet scent, for a strain with upto 16% CBD and under 1% THC she is mighty frosty.
  2. So the plants are coming along nicely, the ones I have in the flowering tent. I gave them a spray with some milk & AQ sf as a precaution as another plant of mine has PM, so excuse the ugly white spots on the leaves. Rather spray them before the bud starts forming and getting dense. The pole is a 1.2m pole, to give you an idea of the height of the plants. I did a bit of defoliation after taking these pictures.
  3. The Bruce Banner fro Dark Horse Genetics is fantastic! Its the Bruce Banner I grew out, yield was the best I have had from a single plant thus far, lots of trichomes and very dense bud. Some nice colour during flower too.
  4. @Dr. Green are they Dutch Passion? I feel my larger BB Kush was stunted due to the transplant, so will monitor the seedling and see how big she gets. Below is a slightly better pic of the mutation I took this morning, curious to see how this mutation turns out.
  5. Nice man! You really like your BioBizz nutes, does your irrigation system leak at all?
  6. I was running 4x QB's and Watts was 360W in my 1.2 x 0.6 tent. Only 2C increase, although environment can play a big role too. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk
  7. I didn't mix my coco at a 50/50 ratio, kinds eyeballed it though. I did soak it with calmag for the cation exchange though as it was not buffered coco. Coco and fertigation is ideal I believe. What I'm currently running, although just moved across and had to transplant some plants from soil to coco. QB's are awesome! I love mine! I find they increase temps in my small tent by 2C only. 8. Another reason why it's easier to just use EC instead. The nute manufacturers use EC anyways and majority of people now a days use EC.
  9. Nice! You going to be bending stems down a bit more during the first week or two of flowering or just let it grow upwards?
  10. Yeah, mutations do not feel all that rare. Second one I have had so far, the other was from a regular seed. Yes, the autoflowering trait does pass on, I am taking 2x autoflowers and crossing them. If you were to take a photoperiod and an autoflower and cross them then I suspect some may be autoflowers and others photoperiods and you'd need to keep breeding them to ensure all are autoflowers and the autoflower trait is kept as a dominant trait.
  11. Have you tried to lower the greenhouse powder feed strength? I recall when@greenkush was using those nutes he had some issues with nute burn. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk
  12. Are you spraying anything on the plants? Do you perhaps spill nutes on the leaves on occasion? Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk
  13. Can't see the pics, although it could just be the leaves dieing as they're getting old and not as much light?
  14. Hey all, So I am planning on running some autos as I will have plants in my flower tent but my veg section will be rather empty. So instead of turn things off, I thought it may be a good idea to run some auto flowers. I have started with a Dutch Passion Blackberry Kush Auto, started her in soil and then moved her to coco and she has not been happy with the move... on top of that my PH was off so I have decided to start spraying her with some STS to get some pollen and then I germinated another Blackberry Kush and starting her in coco and will be pollinating her with some pollen. The colours coming through on the auto are great! Looks as if one would end up with dark bud for sure, always nice having attractive looking bud. So this is the unhappy auto which I have started to spray with STS, you can see the colour coming through. Apparently all the sugar leaves and bud can end up that nice dark colour: This be the new one I germinated, has a bot of a mutation going on, 3 cotyledons too: I think I put her into coco on 20 / 21 November? I have some other auto seeds, just deciding what to grow out next. May start popping some more next week once I have decided which to grow. I also have some Fastbuds on their way, I may grow those out as opposed to more Dutch Passion - will see.
  15. Very nice! Looking good. The net is almost full, then flip to flower?

I'll just leave this here and say no more:
  17. The Plant Matters pots are the best I have tried so far! I prefer them over the Freedom Farm ones and the Grow Guru ones.
  18. So I got my T-shirt a while ago already, decided I should post a picture. Really cool T-shirt actually
  19. With those temps, I think an aircon would probably be your best bet. In terms of yield, I run LED Quantum Boards with Samsung diodes (LM301B's) and in my small 1.2 x 0.6 tent (0.72sqm) I managed what I feel is a decent yield. I still need to weight my Chocolope once dry, although I am expecting around 350 - 380g dry in total from my harvest. I have 4x Quantum Boards which I feel is overkill and I ran them at a max of 360W, combined they are capable of 480W with the driver I have. If you were to look at efficiency (power) and the yield from space I think it's pretty good. 28C is the max I want my grow tent to be, hotter than that and I get worried and it will negatively affect your bud as the terps will start to degrade. Unless you acn pull in much cooler air, an aircon is probably your next best thing - a portable one will work if you can't or do not want to install a permanent mid-wall unit. A 12 000 BTU portable aircon is around R5 - R6k brand new, 2nd hand you can get some good deals. Remember that a portable aircon requires extraction and can also act as extraction - it has a pipe which blows out hot air and this will need to be blown outside directly, the fewer bends and the shorter the run, the more effective and efficient the portable aircon will be.
  20. Use plants from 2 different seeds preferably, not the same plant. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk
  21. That Orange Kush Cake is looking good! Especially when compared against the Strawberry Banana which has been in flower for the same duration.
  22. So Man Cookies #1 has started showing some pistils, nothing yet on the others. Man Cookies #2 still has a bit of vegging to do before I will put her into flower, want her a bit bigger than she currently is. For those who may be interested, it is the following: Mandarin Cookies R2 Grape Diamonds R2 Early Lemon Berry R1 I believe there is a Man Cookies R1, not sure about any variations on the Early Lemon Berry and Grape Diamonds.
  23. Generally if the manufacturer of the nutes gives you an EC and a dose, it should be more or less on that EC if you dosed correctly. For example, with the Haifa nutes when you add the correct grams (its powder) into 10L of water you get around the EC which they recommend / state. I suspect there is a bit of difference due to the quality of the water, my water has an EC of around 160 (0.160) out the tap and after adding the Haifa nutes I get around 1.4 / 1.5 EC and they state 1.6 EC I think it is... Although if you get 0.8EC and they suggest 1.5 - 2.2 that does not sound right. An EC of 2.2 in veg does not sound right either, sounds very high to me.
