Yes I am.

Wazzup! Anyone got some Mephisto seeds? If so, drop me a PM and perhaps we can work out a trade - it will be worth your while I am specifically looking for the higher THC strains from Mephisto. So over 20% at least
-
They will be feminized, although with a predisposition to hermie. I would not bother growing them out. I assume you took cuttings, or hopefully have more seeds? Rather use those than the possible hermie seeds - the last thing you want is for the plant to hermie during flowering after spending all that time and effort getting the plant to where it is.

Day 120 / Day 68 of Flower (just over midway through week 9 of flower) These are not all 8 / 9 week strains. In fact none are considering none are ready. It seems as if the GSC and Chocolope will be taking longer to ripen, the CBD Critical Mass I am unsure of but has a hectic fade going already. I'd rather wait a bit longer as I want to make sure I get a decent amount of CBD from it. I will check the trichomes this Friday evening if I get a chance, otherwise on Saturday and hopefully I can at least chop one or two of the plants. I had a whoopsie last weekend where I bent the one branch on the Tropicana, so I decided to cut it and dry it. It's busy curing at the moment. A few pics of the ladies, not the best but at least you get an idea on how things are progressing.

They may turn out a little stretched, although when late in flower you want low RH, around 40% and when vegging RH of around 65% is good. But 40% is still better than what you've been experiencing.

If not, add a gas stove and boil water. lol

In terms of soil, I have had success with seedlings straight into the following soil: Organics Matter Living Soil Freedom Farms Organic Soil Freedom Farms Germination MIx The Culterra Germination mix also works, but, I am not a big fan and you would want to repot it very shortly after it has sprouted. The Organics Matter living soil can be a little compact for some seedlings, easy way to avoid this is to put a jiffy pellet in the soil and the seed into the jiffy pellet - although I have not experienced issues with the soil being too compact, I know others have. I generally try and avoid the soils from the nurseries as they just look disappointing. I'd rather spend a bit more and know the soil is great! Your plant spends its whole life in soil and gets a lot of nutrients from the soil and the soil needs to be well balanced to ensure optimal air and water retention and so forth.
-
Glad the seedling is forming new roots, similar to a cutting in a way considering the main taproot has died. It is nice to have a mix of seedlings and larger plants when vegging as the larger plants help keep the RH up.

Kelpak is more for seedlings, its not a nutrient though but can help with root growth. Nitrisol for veg, you'll need something for flowering preferably. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

No, her... Only females make bud and only females will make seeds. Males only give you pollen, which then needs to get onto the females in order for seeds to be created. So I had 2x female autos, I then sprayed the one with STS which is a chemical which suppresses (stops) the production of ethylene which leads to the female plant growing pollen sacs (similar to a hermie, but not due to stress - it's due to the chemicals). Then take that pollen from the plant and use it on the other, untouched female plant, which is what you see above. I then killed the plant I had sprayed with STS, it becomes useless as I wouldn't use the bud as Sts is very toxic and I already have pollen and don't want the rest of my females to become pollinated. Once a plant has been pollinated, its focus becomes the seeds and not so much the bud and trichomes. So yield decreases and potency too. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

Let me kick this off with a picture of some trichomes, as you can see these are clear - far from being ready. If I recall properly, they were from my Daquari Lime auto plant a few weeks ago. Entry #1: Excuse the watermark, that is from the software I used on my phone to take the pic with my microscope.

A very nice example indeed! Good to know what to look out for! Thanks

So I may decide to harvest this weekend, when I looked at the trichomes on Friday evening there was a fair bit of amber already... Soo, I will pick a few more seeds this weekend and then if they look good I will harvest her this weekend.
-
Very good yield I reckon! Nicely done, what is next? More auto's?
-
Let us know how it goes, they may look small but already the root network has started and I am sure they have sent that main taproot pretty far down in the soil!
-
They're already soo frosty! Cannot wait until you get to harvest them.

Very nice, well next time maybe consider continuing with the updates on the forum! I somehow missed this thread, but it's really an awesome grow diary! People get busy and then miss a thread, if you do not continue with updates it's easy to never stumble upon it. At least that is the case with me. haha

I'm contemplating doing something similar for some other plants I want to reverse with STS although I still need to wait just as long for it to flower... So I might as well let it veg a bit longer and get better yield. I have the height so a taller plant isn't problematic. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

What happened to the rest of the updates? More flower pics and harvest and so forth? Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

I wouldn't really advise that, but give it a go. It's an autoflower as well. It's also meant to be a big plant, my other seed got really tall before flowering. Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using Tapatalk

Quick update on the Daq Lime auto. I took a look at a seed and it's practically ready, so I will most likely flush this weekend and then harvest in 2 weeks or so. The plant itself is looking decent and I am very impressed with the bud size for such a small plant.

Labs are pretty quick in terms of results, you can walk into a Lancet now and pay cash for whatever tests you want done and most of the time you will have results ready within 24 hours. I am not sure what facilities police use and then you are generally testing a specific substance, I assume you are referring to if they take some "drugs" from you and need to send it for testing to confirm what it is?

I have so e superskunk clones if anyone interested for a trade

Where are you based? -
So I have a Chocolope clone, GSC and Dutch Passion Blueberry clone which I either want to give away or will be culling. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I was going to say this. Their method of testing is a bit flawed unfortunately... Ultimately they (work) do not care though.
