This grow was to find a pheno out of my jacks, the plant has 100L of water at 5.8 - 6.0 ph the nutes are at 670ppm..Deep water culture..so I doubt the plants thirsty..i knew i would land up overgrowing cos they recommended a Veg of 2 weeks or less i vegged quite longer like almost a month..i just cudnt believe they cud stretch that much..i will harvest the top and then let the lower buds develop a bit..i am alresdy growing out my killing fields and kollossus strains to flower now already..these jacks have a month left to flower..they only have a 400w light..its personal stash so theres alot here..im not going for huge colas anyways..i chose to do scrog even though i never grew this strain before..if u read up i actually asked tote if i shud veg long im scared of overgrowing the net...these plants do stretch like 5 times the size..its okay cos i have weed to smoke and i have cut clones of all the females..and il keep a winner out of the lot..same with killing fields they gna be flowering soon and then moved to the big tent...same process...i will know the strains once iv flowered all of them..then il worry about effeciency..for now its all about getting the mothers i want...the harvest will tell how good the grow went..if i make 400g im happy cos i have 400w...my last grow was done with cfls and i pulled 450g. On harvest...so i am sure this is 4 plants now in more space...shud have decent yield...plus the Jacks swell at final weeks..im not so concerned they have time still..we will compare when its end of flowering..plus i have added more cfl light to my tent...we will certainly see the end results..i am currently upgrading my tent to have dual flowering in one tent..two grows ontop of each other....so i can flower perpetual..i now have 4 strains all sativa and going to add another 4 indica..then the fun begins..going full steam soon

If the Jacks are too small I will veg the killing fields in the meantime and throw them in flowering also and get a huge reservoir

Thanks Tote im gna pick it up and monitor it over the next weeks Should i keep vegging the jack until it reaches the scrog net of about 12" to 18" then flower? I dont want to over veg them

Thanks for the quick response Tote, Should I up my ec its now at 0.28 maybe i should try 0.40 I was thinking its starving N...I dont want to overfeed and burn them The like 2 weeks to 2.5 weeks now Peace

Quick update, The EC is 0.28 ph 5.8 to 6.2 and my leaves are yellowing, should I maybe increase the Nutes? I heard the Jacks are not heavy feeders...looks like N needs to be increased? Any suggestions

Kay people Scrog net built and tent kinda cleaned up. Going to upgrade Res and Air soon as possible. Gna monitor my carbon scrubber also as the grow progresses. One struggling to open so seems to be a bit long now but patiently waiting for the seedlings to develop, they are 1 week today in soil. As soon as the others catch up il move to DWC... Yeah iv checked these out and also check out Coliseum Grows i will do that one day lol..imagine building a cylindrical vertical that spins on a base so you can check all your plants like you browsing for sunglasses lol

Think of its as a 2D and 3D scrog in other words i think it maximises place but also may require customising things a bit to access the other side...but its not entirely necessary this design is quite solid and can make alot more surface area in my case a perfect 1m2 would be a nice size increase in area and increase plants from 4 possibly to 6 plants double my lights and maybe increase yields by maybe 25%. I dno i will first have to get it done..if only i had a extra 400w now

I may have figured out a way to increase yield in scrog I may try it in the future its quite an idea i dno if its tried before but hay i think its a solid plan for my setup also thought of a hanging garden..i can grow small plants ont top of my scrog maybe dual light system theres literally so many ways to expand your grow easily I cant explain in words but il try draw or something

I just endured almost 13 weeks of growing to find bananas near the end on a Sativa also...although it was just my first grow I learnt alot..I cut around the 12 or 13 week mark when my leaves began to yellow. If u see the end is too far then just chop and put ur new ones in or wait it out for a few weeks, but as tote said they can take long to finish, mine was not done even by the 13 week mark and thats just too long for something u dno what you growing... I would gladly spend the 13 weeks when i know whats coming out.. Thats my 2cent Peace buddy and good luck

I was actually waiting on my prize with the rockwool cubes included lol so i didnt wana make huge effort to drive far for rockwool. But next time i will be using rockwool. @Tote yes I see he says it can really swell the last few days so a person must be patient, thats why im pushing yield this time for the long wait. Also i may start flowering in a seperate room if Iv taken out my males I may add in to the scrog and have the Killing fields in so long . @Green Leaf lol Im about 1.9m tall so from my waist to my hand is more than a meter lol I wish my tent cud open at the side etc lol but all good i know its stupid in a way ,but i want those 1g/w yields. Plus my next grows are killing fields, then kolossus, then shiva x 99 then back to jack, thats a long time to wait to have jack again lol.lots of back ache ahead lol . I will make sure i use a simple solution to tie down @Maxwell thanx subbing its going to be an interesting ride , il update as often as I can P luck these strains require short veg times to have plants in flower by the time the pl Jacks are done to halve my harvest time

Sorry the transplant happens in a few days just want to establish a few roots not much just a jumpstart...so all i do is dig out the seedling with soil dip in water and then have clean roots to out in hydroton

Just went with some old soil I sprouted a few seeds in the past with it so i know it works lol...am to scared to try other shit lol... Just need some roots to move to hydroton and then the growings starts

Hi all Hydroman here, My 4 Regular Sannies Jack seeds are sprouting as we speak, and I will be scrogging them in a 1m x 1m x 2.4m Dual Tent with 400watts HPS and possibly upgrading to a 150L Reservoir with modified Venturi Design for air and water circulation... I am busting regular seeds in a scrog, I know im getting myself into a mess but I simply want to have a high yield and choose the mother or mothers I want to keep as well as score some pollen if theres a male and pollinate some branches of each female for future seeds...so its pretty much an all in one grow. If I get males, I will remove them early as possible and start vegging another strain to put in the place of the missing Jack.. To fill the empty space in the scrog. I now have 4 grow space, one for mothers, and one for clones, one for into flowering, and then final flowering So lets get this show on the roll. One Love, Hydroman

Decided to just cut this transvestite plant, nanners were not a huge huge issue but its a waste for me now so i decided to call it a day since my Jacks are in and sprouting so il have my jack in a scrog soon.. The buds have started curing process already I'm gonna monitor them maybe just for 2 weeks max then get rid of it.. Im keeping my small plants harvest , beacause the quality was above the big plant. The small plant showed one or two nanners also then i decided okay fuck it let me cut and get my new seeds going..no use waiting for bananas instead of weed, and Ii was hitting the 13 week mark by now already the leaves yellowed quite a lot but not as much as I would like...the Jacks will have proper treatment from the start..this thread can be closed soon then and I can start My Jack Scrog Will report dry weight, but im estimating 100g Big plant wet = 415g Small plants wet = 17g each Il keep 10g for myself maybe Peace, HYDROMAN

Plants are starting to yellow leaves now...so lets hope this plant can deliver some high times soon

Yeah cash in envelope, its difficult because he wants euros,pounds,or dollars. Takes atleast 15 days there and 15 back, the stealth even had my hart skip a beat and thought they made a mistake lol...thats how good the stealth is...I was actually laughing at myself lol
