It's an interesting manifold you build. I can tell exactly which nodes you isolated just from looking at the chopped structure. I find this kinda stuff fascinating. Probably why I've mostly only ever done manifolds

Oi, what's going on in there I swear, I'd be lighting up my neighbor's house like a Christmas tree if I didn't keep these curtains closed while I opened up the tent at night Anyways! Did some more all-round trimming, mostly just chopping big fan leaves and exposing bud sites. I also decided to go ahead and do that little panel heater project. The tent is getting to about 14C at the lows and I want to bump that up closer to the 20's. I've attached a standard Goldair panel heater to a wooden frame and just slapped the Sonoff onto it. Call it a day. But what of the power led's on the heater and the Sonoff? Well I've covered the heater power led with ye olde duct tape, and the Sonoff now lives in a sock.

How'd you get into weed and why you started growing
Ill_Evan replied to PsyCLown's topic in General Discussion
Pineapple Express. My high school friends and I couldn't get enough of that movie when it released. We only knew of one guy in our grade that regularly smoked weed, although we were only 16 or so at the time. We decided as a group we would meet up at one of our houses over the weekend and get absolutely blasted off this thing called marijuana. I was tasked with obtaining the weed. I kindly asked the loner stoner for some of his boonj which he happily provided to me one day after school. I then took a stroll to the nearest tobacco store at my local mall and got a short, neat little glass bong. We met over the weekend, each had about a solid bowl, sat in a room with a massive hubbly in the center and just blommed passive. We attempted to order pizza, which we ended up only waiting 5 mins after ordering to decide to go wait for the guy at the street. Waited like 40mins outside for no reason and experienced for the first time a group of stoned guys silently eating pizza together, only to realise the silence and erupt with laughter. We also tried this neat little trick where you target a heavily stoned individual, place an "imaginary" bucket over their head, and then everybody pretends to speak to each other but in mute, creating an illusion to the stoned person with the "bucket" over their head that they've suddenly lost their hearing. Classic shit. Since then marijuana has pretty much been right along side me. After many years and many sources of obtaining my lovely smoke, I got really really pissed off one day at how much I was paying for the quality I was getting as well as the amount. So I decided to spend even more money than what I would've gotten if I had just bought more weed and decided to start growing my own. The rabid unemployment was also a major factor- 38 replies

The Constitution of South Africa by right of privacy allows any person in South Africa to cultivate cannabis for the purpose of personal consumption in a private space. No legal limit established, but you must be able to argue that the amount of plants you are growing is for consumption of those in the household. A recent draft legislation circulated not to long ago indicating a limit of 600g per person with a maximum of 1200g per household. I'd use that as a rough guideline. I'm sure that alone is more than enough. Difficult to answer because an asshole neighbor can literally report for anything. If an asshole neighbor calls the cops on you because they just see cannabis plants on your property, the cops can't do shit. However, if you're just growing for yourself, and a neighbor reports that they "suspect dealing" on your property, and they see your growing setup, then they probably will confiscate or destroy all your shit, and your case would 98% get thrown out in court. So at the end of the day, you'll never ever get a criminal record for cultivating cannabis in private. Will a dumb poes cop who doesn't know the law drag you through the system just so they can fuck with you? Ey baba, this is Africa. Don't do anything illegal.

Did you know you're not allowed to play tennis during this lockdown? Golf yes. Tennis no. The day started terribly but now we are in a better place

I only speak of the ArGo. I haven't played with the Solo series. Learning how to pack is like the first learning curve to dry herb vapes, then temperature, then draw speed. It's a bit like learning an instrument With my Buddha, I pack using the method you describe, by sucking it up like a straw, pack about halfway for greenhouse, about a quarter with indoor.
-
Nooooooo! The ArGo airflow is min min min. If the Solo is giving struggles, the ArGo won't do you much better if at all. If you want airflow, Da Buddha Vape is your boy. DBV is my daily and only smoking utility at the moment.

I believe you, @SkunkPharm

Is no problem maaaaaaan You could even use some wire pushed into the soil and straighten the seedling against the wire. Think I've got an example here somewhere.. Ah! Here we go:
-
I don't ever use my ArGo anymore. My Da Buddha Vape is simply too mighty and its dutifully next to be at my desk. The ArGo would be used much more for festivals or concerts due to it's covert nature. Remember concerts? I remember concerts.. If I were to buy another vape I'd probably try out the Lotus Vaporizer. I like the look of it, it does both herb and concentrates, and doesn't use batteries but gives you the vape experience. https://vapestore.co.za/lotus-vaporizer A great website where I initially found my information about vaporizers can be found here: https://www.sneakypetestore.com/blogs/vaporizer-reviews-user-guides/2018-vape-awards-www-sneakypetestore-com-vaporizer-review-videos This was the video I watched that got me to buy the Arizer ArGo. They also review and test pretty much all the vaporizers that come out.

"Full spectrum" being thrown around so much these days. That light is a blurple. Full spectrum lights emit white light. I don't believe it has UV or IR at all.

..and so we come to our first little hurdle! I made a mental note this morning to triple check whether taping up the power indicators on both the Sonoff switch and heater would prevent any internal light leaks within the tent. Turns out the tape did sweet nothing. Popped an eyeball into the tent and not only could see the light indicators shining right through the plastic, but the heater itself glows surprisingly bright from the heating element. Temperature during the day should be fine now though, so I'll just run the lights as planned during the night and lights off during the day, and just remove the entire heating setup. Should also save me a couple bucks on electricity. Luckily it's only the first dark cycle so zero harm done. I will definitely need to sort a solution for when I replace the HID lighting with LED, especially for Winter next year. Thinking a heating panel with a Sonoff switch should do the trick. Got plenty of time to sort that out. Other than that, I've cleaned out my carbon filter and need to replace the pellets. The old pellets were doing nothing for the smell after a year's worth of cleaning my air

The last time I read something like this, the issue was that the LED was barbequing the plants without the grower knowing. They thought it was bad nutes, to bad soil, to all sorts of crazy shit until he finally swapped out the LED and all of a sudden shit was fine again. Not saying that's exactly the case with you, just a lesson in that sometimes it's just the most unexpected thing causing the problem. Another example could be like leaving the power indicators on heaters untaped so they cause an internal light leak inside the tent without the grower knowing. Shit like that.

Flip Day The outside plant isn't doing too badly either, should probably put her in a bigger pot though. She's already about a week or so into flowering.

I was sure we figured out his medium already hence I immediately skipped over it

You may be experiencing a combination of wind and light burn that is stressing the plants to a point of stunting. Generally I don't think you can have too many fans, just as long as they are not blasting your plants directly. I usually aim mine to shoot right over the canopy and below the stems. Fans are meant to mix the air in your space so that you don't get variations in your temperature as well as to provide low stress training. Emphasis on 'low stress'.
