All things considered, pretty bloody fantastic. No follow ups needed, payment was smooth. Will definitely use them again in future.

Got mah seeds ordered 29th June, received today 3rd May. From Cape Town to Joburg. Not bad. Freebies included some much desired Nirvana branded rizla and 2x Jock Horror Fem seeds.

Small update. GDP is ripening up nicely. Starting to see mostly cloudy trichomes, busy waiting for that amber. I'd like to see half amber trichomes before cutting. Royal Gorilla is still a ways away, plenty of fattening up to do and trichomes are still clear and small. I think I won't ripen the Royal Gorilla as much as the GDP, maybe as soon as I spot a single amber I will cut. GDP RQS

I wouldn't blame the cold too much in this regard. If 15C is your low end then I rate you're ok. I am currently getting as low as 13C and going ok Although temp fluctuation between day and night could be a problem if not in flower, but even then I've never seen problem unless you get below 10C. Them weeds is resilient.

I can't comment on the solution, coco is out of my realm but those plants do definitely look Manganese deficient. The droopiness might not be related though, just to keep in mind. Might even be a lockout if you're experiencing deficiencies close to feeding. If I were experiencing this I'd probably opt for a flush and a fresh low dose feed and work my way up in ppm. I'd also just stick to ph of 5.8 when experiencing a problem rather than making fluctuations while the plant is unhappy. Just my but I'm sure a coco guru will give a better definitive answer.

Dusted off the 'ol DSLR and took some vanity shots of the ladies. Also wanted to get a closer look at the colours and trichome development. I like the colour coming from the GDP. The Royal Gorilla still has work to do. GDP RQS

6 weeks now into flower. Nah I don't think I will defol, my humidity is now sitting under 40% thanks to the recent change in weather and it's getting pretty chilly for the ladies. I rate I am liking how they are both developing so I am leaning towards less-is-more. I am also seeing this grow what it looks like when defol is not as heavy-handed.

Getting some nice colour and aroma from the GDP, little bit of frosty bits too Royal Gorilla looking to flower for much longer still. Not much more different since the last update. The yellowing is from sending too much juice to the QB. I now know what the maximum perimeters are so hopefully won't mildly burn anymore plants

Agreed. The last grow I did I only had puny 20L DWCs and they were not enough! Had to basically refill every day. Now I have these 30L DWCs and they are so much better. Only need to refill every week now in flower.

The genetics between the two are so different I would definitely redo the right plant again if I had to choose between the two for this manifold technique. The left barely stretched and grows really really tight. I'd probably recommended the left plant as a Sea of Green technique, but still confident on getting good yield and bud from both from this harvest

Looks like aphids, they suck balls. Usually only occurs when bringing outside plants inside, they seldom ever find their way indoors. I've had moderate success with Margaret Roberts Organic Insecticide when I faced these little buggers when I dabbled with chillis, but prevention is always the winner. As @CreX says, difficult to treat on flowering plants as most remedies require full foliar spray, but if you are still vegging you can use pyrol as suggested or the organic pesticide linked below. https://hydroponic.co.za/hydroponics/margaret-roberts-organic-insecticide/

So I came across this business again recently on accident. A customer I had brought me what was the end result of a 'Trial' package (R1320/mo, single plant cycle). Unfortunately he did not actually give me a sample of the weed, I can't blame him, the guy had waited close to 4 months for a bankie so I can understand the stinginess. I must admit, the delivered package which contained the produce was pretty damn stellar (wish I had taken a pic, but alas..) It most certainly gave the allure of a high-end product, and I am sure every customer would have been very proud to have received such a pretty box packed with boonj. Now for the weed itself. It 'looked' pretty good and frosty, although in my opinion a little on the uncured side. It also still smelt very green, but pleasant nonetheless. It was roughly 40g worth, so pretty good if what you are told to expect is 20-30+ (I guess this time he luckily got the +). Half-baked review I suppose. I would like to know if anyone here has since gotten a chance to actually smoke anything coming from these guys or at least know of anyone that is using the service and their thoughts. Coming on a year since they launched, I can only assume they haven't hit any 'major' legal issues or wishy-washy busts..yet.. I also see now you can choose a strain from a mother plant from another member instead of starting from scratch from seed must definitely help with avoiding dud seeds, rogue males or hermies, plus turnaround time is shortened.. although I'd swap that turnaround time for more yield/curing time.

Best Rolling Paper in the Wordl? RAW Classic Review
Ill_Evan replied to THCSA's topic in Smoking Equipment
Is that clear, almost plastic looking rizla? The one time I smoked some Durban Poison in some of that riz while visiting some mates in South Coast and it's probably the highest I've ever been from a joint. Got my hands on a couple slivers but couldn't ever get it right always been a pro roller with any other riz but that one defeated me in the moment. Will need to sit down and do it properly some time
