is that LED flood lights you using? i just got a 20w LED floodlight to use on my Stoep for the outdoor plants, will it work? Have been thinking whether or not to maybe get e few to cover bigger area.

These girls are getting lekka big. Lovin it, had some salt buildup issues, but looks to be under control now. Also upped the lighting in budding area with the budget i had. Seems to do the trick. Will flip these in about 2 weeks

I only adjust PH after adding nutes as the nutes usually brings my PH down, however the other day i tried an organic mix, Multigrow form ECObuz. that pushed the PH up. I let my tap water sit for at least 24hrs so the chlorine can evaporate. I use EHG nutes currently, should i mix and let sit for 24 hrs before adding? I just had a moerse issue with salt buildup, runoff was reading at 4600ppm, been watering with only H2o, got it down to 640ppm yesterday, but i ran the firehose through it. hope that water isnt bad, lol. will do a nute feeding tomorrow. Please tag the dude from EHG in this thread, maybe he can answer the question, "does it kill microbes?" @420SA

I did actually start spraying some biogrow 3ml/1lt, only spayed twice so far, but other plants don't show anything

New issue different plant. As i got a bit of plants you can imagine new issues araise quite often. This one is showing some dark “burn” spot on lower fan leaves any thoughts on the cause here? I thought “P” or “K” defeciency, but im uncertain.

Awe dude, been busy in the garden all day. Just went to go check up. Branch seems ok, no wilting leaves. I did however notice another break on another branch, not sure when it happened, but i tapped it up anyways.

Awe dude, once again thnx for the fast response. I followed your steps, didnt have honey though, and i had this rubber sealing tape that is non adhesive. It only sticks to itself and lekka stretchy.

Appreciated dude, but im tapped out until next payday, even though i do need to increase the light in my budding section. Vegging section is nice and bright, looks like daylight in there. Budding section seems to be lacking a bit oh yeah, almost forgot. I made a separate section yesterday for seedling and clones, nothing too special, but it should work. Could always just add a few more cfl’s

When installing cobs, shouldn't you also look out for the amperage required to fire them up? or is that only applicable with sigle SMG's and not cobs?

Im still unclear of “size of grow” thats not a threat. I mean there are many factors to take into consideration. You have to have plenty plants, incase they males. Also to keep a rotation going, dont want run out of bud. so in my opinion, they should judge by how much bud you got, not the no. Of plants. But also to be realistic 25 plants is pushing it, right?

I like this, also been getting hella into putting my own Led lights together. definitely a fun project for me. Been doing a lot of research on Various SMD's and cobs, still not to clear about the calculations for heat sinks though. still, fun though. Will definitely be following ur builds. Just a thought, why dont you put lenses on your COB's, would increase light intensity, spread and it looks nice.

Hey guys im just curious tbh. This lemon skunk looks totally different to the rest. All stretchy and skinny like a tik kop, im sure if teeth were present, hed me missing them too, lol. ok, i was just wondering why this one is so diff compared to the others which are all nice and lush and got some nice body. 1. Could it be the sex? 2. Could it be a diff strain? 3. Was light a moerse problem for him, but then why all the others ok? would like to know why so i can avoid it in future. i took him out off grow area today to put in some natural sunlight, hopefully he puts on sum.

Hey guys and gals So i been noticing a few people mentioning doing a calmag foliar spray. How important is this if im adding calmag to nute mix?
