Hi guys so its been a while since last post, so i will let the pics speak for themselves. These pics were taken in week 4. The yellowing tips on the leaves was a lot worse, but has improved. Which made me to believe it was iron deficiency. The all doing good now. This is only the first 5 in the sequence, goes to no. 15 problem: They all bagseeds, not sexed yet, so i could end up with 15 male plants. That would suck.

SABC phoned me the other day, demanding monies for TV licence that i haven't paid for yrs. Told them straight, i have no intention of paying it, put me in-front of a judge and i will tell him the same thing. Haven't heard back yet. i got 3 TV's in my house, but not 1 is connected to a antenna socket, everything runs from pc's. We dont watch SABC, its just a load of kak on there anyways.

Bag seeds (white widow & cali orange) for trade/free - CT

@highchome hey dude, i would definitely like to get some more of those from you, the others i got didn't pop, still got 2 of each strain left though. Will drop them straight to soil and see if that maybe works better. The White widow clones are doing splendid, thanx for them. i can give you 2 plants for them (both in vegging already)or if you want a bag of lem skunk seeds instead(20+seeds). Do you have any new clones? @Bospatrollie2 where you at dude? i would mind trading some seeds with too, that Swazi x Mango "haze" sounds very interesting. i currently only have Lem skunk seeds, a shitload. hopefully getting some Budha cheese soon. Only got the one currently growing. -
But now they want to implement if it hasn't already passed, that you have to pay a licence fee for installing solar power. Total bullshit if you ask me, why must i pay them a licence fee to get off the grid?

But wouldn't that mean False advertising or misleading product descriptions? https://bestvaled.com/products/bestva-1200w-led-grow-light Check out the product description, tells a very different story.

@AcidAlice Looking good there buddy. Would that be 5 plants total or 5 in budding? been thinking/wondering about that a lot.
-
i know right? do you think maybe they refer to "equivalent to 1200w"?
-
Run-off Ph6.26 calibrated ph pen earlier this week.

I will check later when i water them.

@420SA i noticed these on a few plants of the other plants. The 1st 3 pics is the WW ladies, just to see if the leaves are improving. the other pics are of other plants. They start to show some signs of something else though, don't think its light related, any thoughts.

Thats only pulling, output is 1200w Energy Efficiency & PPFD values: No. It’s not a power-hungry grow light. Despite being labeled “1200 watts,” that’s the output equivalent wattage. Your BestVa will only draw 240 watts from your outlet. Instead, the Bestva DC 1200W helps you save a lot while raising your marijuana indoors. Spectrum – Is it Suitable for My Marijuana Plants? The Bestva DC 1200W LED Grow light is equipped with 120 LEDs at 10 watts each. These dual chips LEDs generate more intense light than single chip LEDs. This dual chip diode also helps in reducing excessive power consumption. Even though they’re 10 watts, they’re actually more efficient due to their increased brightness. I just copy pasted product review

I saved the link on my laptop, cant get to it now. My wife is watching Netflix. Will try to share it later.

@AcidAlice thanx for the link. I did move them last night and raised the lights a bit. See last pics i uploaded for reference. Hope it helps.

These ladies are clones and i got them about 4 weeks ago, see pic below for reference. I decided last night to do some re-arrangement in the garage. Set up the flowering section and moved the ladies there. Still got the lights on 18/6, its just that the flowering section is bigger, so more room. The last 2 pics will give you a better idea.

Looking good bud

I thought so too, but then i read an article stating that the yellow/white tips on leaves are signs of light burn. Whereas nute burn the tips will appear more brown and brittle I fed them nutes on Wed and just H2o ph @ 6.0 today. Then on Sunday its H2o again and Tuesday nutes. i use ehg coco nutes, the R350 bundle from hortishop. I added 10/10/0ml on last feeding. also add calmag usually around 450-700ppm or 1.0-1.7ec My light on this plant-and her sister is a 1200w bestva about 25cm above plant what’s your take? Any advice?
-
Hey fellow growers I took sum pics of my white widow’s top leaves that looks to me like light burn. Am i correct?
-
Are they getting same amount of water? The 2 in the front seems a bit droopy compared to the 2 in the back. Maybe they want more water? Hopefully one of the more experienced growers can clarify. I still think the all look good man.

Transplanted these ladies yesterday after discovering the roots coming out the bottom of previous pots. The repotting didn't seem to bother them at all. put them into 25lt drums that i modified as pots. Just basically drilling at shitload of holes around the drum to ensure good aeration as these drums go quite deep.

i 2nd that, great idea. Will be very useful for future grows and what works best for ur strain, Love it.

yes i do add calmag. i use tap water that i pour into containers 24hrs prior to use. So, cut back on watering, thanx guys. What about feedings, should i do less or still add nutes to each watering? my mix is mostly coco, perlite around 20-30% and only 10-15% soil. Also ive been meaning to ask, do i add all 3(grow, micro, bloom) to each feeding? or only give the corresponding nutes for current plant cycle? New watering schedule, yes or no? water only every 2nd day (with calmag, PH 6.0) feedings with every 4th watering. (PH6.0)(GHE Grow, Bloom & Micro)
