  1. Agree with admin. I personally mix a batch every time I feed. I mix small quantities (1LT) at a time, based on my container sizes. I know its more effort and mixing really small ratios, but I can adjust every time I feed. I use a small 5ml syringe to measure 0.5ml,lol Its seems to be working for me. Interested to find various techniques for mixing nutrient solutions.
  2. The feeding schedule is a generic schedule. Not all strains are the same and they require different nutritional needs at different stages. I would suggest starting off at a quarter (25%) strength and work your way up to full (100%) as what the plants require. Knowing your strain is also a big help. Research white widow's feeding schedule to have idea of their ppms and apply it accordingly.
  3. hey wallis55, Check out my post using their formula. Basically you will insert the 25l on top and % strenght. It will calculate whats required for the various stages of growth. You can adjust the strength as you progress.
  4. Hi Jspecial and welcome to the forum. There is a classified section under the 420 Lounge section.

    Cricket

SA managed to win knock out game in the cricket world cup. I am very happy for them. Finally they have learnt to shake that monkey off their back. I am hoping for similar performances for the final 2 games. #PROTEAFIRE
  6. Here is my submission for #POTM using Nutriplex Trio over a month.
  7. Very nice admin, they are growing well. Cant wait to see how they will look harvest time.
  8. Great topic 4207365, Ill also be interested to know best tried and tested methods.
  9. Thanks for the heads up Ajcapetown. Sorry to hear about your ordeal. I had great service from Grow Guru and Hydropnic.co.za.
  10. Fantastic news, just hope there is a positive outcome. Copy of the bill
  11. Thanks for the update Totemic, they are looking great. I love how they just randomly blend into your garden and not batched together.
  12. Well done doc. Just shows what a little patience, care and love can do. Enjoy the medication
  13. It would be cool to attend an event like that locally. Well organised with workshops and all the bells associated with. I like the idea of Daggaroker

    Spider Mites

Thanks for the heads up admin, Ill definately take the dosage into consideration. Do you apply it as a foliar spray?

    Spider Mites

Thanks guys, Ill check out Pyrol. I have tried something I saw on youtube. Spraying the leaves with water and apply soap suds let its sit for 10mins and rinse. Repeat for a week. I see about 70% of them have been removed. Ill do it again today. I moved that plant out into its own area as I don't want to effect the others.
  16. hey wallis55, no need to dismantle. A drill and jigsaw will do the trick. Also the hole wont be 12cm exact, slighly smaller to have a good seal and maximum blowing capacity. I have learnt that the hard way. Shout if you need any help.
  17. Yeah most definitely. I have 2x 8cm in my veg/mother cab. Its sounds like a pc. Very quiet. The 12cm one sounds a bit louder, like a pc on a hot day. The oscillating fan is louder.
  18. Thats is why I got the 220v ones. They run straight to your wall socket. Just add plug and there you go.

I was inspecting my one of my plants only discover these little fuckers. I have read pepper spray or neem oil are the best organic method to get rid of them. What is your guys best organic method to eradicate them?
  20. I had the same extractor fan in my cab. It does the job well I agree, but the only thing that bothered me about it, was the noise. That fan hums like a mofo. I opted for a 12cm 220v axial metal pc fan, silent and strong too. Its R150 at Brights.
  21. Thanks Al-Hassan, very interested to check out what you can bring to the party
  22. Hey Al Hassan and welcome
  23. Nice one bruv. They are looking most excellent. I get excited to check your updates and progress. Well done. It has been 4 months now, correct?
  24. hey wallis55, Your questions on CFL's, parts you can get at Brights or Builders Warehouse and bulbs at Eagle Lighting. You dont get 30w but you do get 23 and 25w. My personal opinion, you will have better success with HPS than CFL (light output and penetration). You will spend more bucks on a CFL setup (parts & bulbs) than ventilation. Good luck and let us know what you have decided.
  25. Nice going there and thanks for the pictures and info. Good luck with your journey
