Update: day 14 This is the first time I'm growing these particular strains, most of which are an indica dominant hybrid. Some have taken on more of the sativa characteristics and stretching more than others. I'm planning to throw more light in there. Money is tight at the mo with a baba on the way, lol Anyways the growth has been exploding the last week. I need to do a heavy defoliation this week on day 21. I see some sweating on the leaves, need more air movement. Some images below.

I use scrog due to space limitations. I leave enough room under the net to do maintenance. Once you into it, you can touch your girls the way you like. Heres a post on SCROG

Shot gents If I can get close to 300gm Ill be happy. Thats about 2.4g/w and 50g/plant. @GLO - What do you think would be a realistic estimate? Am I being too optimistic?

Update time. Since the last update, I have watered twice, hopefully, to assist with the soil. My ladies seemed to have responded well, getting the natural colour back. I think part of the shininess was due to adding CalMag Nitrate to my Pyrol. The growth has been vigorous. Did a 40% defoliation a week back, shaved their sexy legs. Weaving and tucking as they pop up. FIlling out again. The intention is to flip by Sunday and do an aggressive defoliation. I am very impressed with the Sanlight P4. Would be even better with two of them for flower, but Ill see how one performs. If I can get my conservative target, I'll be satisfied.
