  1. Uncle Paul is the King, lol the man with the mushroom hat! some real guru types when talking about mushrooms there's some deep knowledge almost this unspoken universal awareness of it's somehow "godlike" presence or powers or whatever. everyone respects them doesn't matter who we are, cause of the whole being able to kill you thing, and then some of them you can eat and will fill your tummy so that kinda makes them equally humble in their existance, but then theres a few that can introduce you to god. or yourself rather, but you know, same thing basically. and that humbles a person down to earth so hard you'll have your face in the dirt lol! anyone who would care to indulge in the experience, that is. there is a book, written by James Arthur, called Mushrooms and Mankind. you checked that shit out? goes into how a lot of religions was formed around it I have yet to be as privileged as mr. @PsyCLown, but have heard a few trip reports on the pan cyans. I could possibly source some LC of it, but to be honest I am not looking for anything stronger hahahah so I'll gladly wait till they happen upon my way. blessed @Totemic really hope you made it through the trauma man, you defs been helping a bunch of us through some kinda trauma with all the beautiful work you doing for our community! read the whole thread this morning, from way back in 2019 before I was even on the forum. any kinda trauma sucks and I am glad to see you in good health and happily opperating as the gentle giants we are. keep the good shit pumping
  2. psilocybin causes high neurogenesis (forming of new brain cells and nerve pathways in the brain) YOU CAN LITERALLY REWIRE YOUR BRAIN WITH MUSHROOMS doesn't matter who you are, how smart you are, how much discipline you portray or how little you believe it will work on you, IT WORKS. medicine? mushrooms
  3. a cute little japanese umbrella mushroom, Parasola Plicatilis. got a BIG LOVE for MUSHROOMS!!! ps, you got a cool little dead end corridor area there, just dead/storage space or...? hahah it's strange, but certainly cool man! sucks to have to occupy a guest room or part of a living room with grow stuff, so having a little area like that can be a huuuuge blessing! also, that gorgeous outside view from the driveway!!! wow man
  4. what's up man, I am clueless when it comes to this stuff, so mind my asking, but once you got coding down and what not, how will you be using it to help the community? what is your plan? hopefully both sides can gain here, I know theres tons I could gain on this topic. anyway, warm welcome to you, maybe we can get you to grow something too hahah
  5. that's the Nitrate version brobean, but definitly do go check to make sure. I'd be kicking my own ass if it wasn't. I could add that most of the generic CalMag supplement brands use the Nitrate version as I believe it is cheaper to make.
  6. oh yeah this cool. I need to extend my cable too, need to get in touch with communica. you get from them too?
  7. haven't had budrot indoors and I hope to keep it that way. got high RH in the tent for the first time ever this year, so crossing fingers and keeping high hopes. seen it at 59% highest so should be fine. on the other hand, winter hasn't even properly set in yet..
  8. awe @Rob Sceletium got a buddy doing business with verve dynamics that might be interested in this, you got any info on active alkaloids of these phenos? he's got very good genetics and is looking to cross with others, but not if they're no good.
  9. What's good my dude, you gona have to tell us exactly what light it is and the specs listed with the light. maybe we can google it and help you? 99,99% of the time the W listed with LED is not the true Wattage. however, to answer your question easiest for your given situation, during veg your plant prefers white/blue (cool) spectrum and during flower more red/yellow (warm) spectrum.
  10. another one of theirs that takes me away, not our native tongue, but hey good music is good music
  11. best bang for buck is axial futurama holds best silent fan would be TD series best air movement would be a metal 20cm. things to remember - 20cm fan in a room smaller than 2 x 2 is gona damage the tent over time, will be too much power. IMO anything bigger, go for it, remember active intakes at that size. - if running a HID, I heard running metal fans will last longer, extra heat around your plastic fan motors will cause them to wear out quicker. if you got LED, no concerns
  12. a little late to the party, veg - 1 x 1 x 1.8 - everything on ratchet ropes and caribeaners, ropes get tucked, only hanging wire is the temp/rh sensor. flower - 1 x 1 x 2 - same situation. outside the tents - got a thermometer and a small RH monitor sitting outside for ease of mind. dealing with some high RH as the night time sets in and the fog pulls over. been having a few misty evenings and mornings lately. doesn't phase me, got a 150cm inline running on low, all I need to do is turn the dial wire situation - not as neat as it can be, but I feel I am changing too much every now and then to put all the wires in one loom and all that. First pic is on the wall, few other things running off the first multiplug. second - multiplug in bottom corner runs from analog timer on the wall. everything on that multiplug runs on the timer. multiplug furthest away has the timer for flower tent aswell as all the fans and shit.
  13. This is very cool, I would love to be growing alongside the group as I also have some Tortoni seeds, just don't have the space right now! though, I feel even more excited because I will feel like I've already grown the plant with all the reports coming in thanks to the grow off!
  14. so, the winelands area can get hot as balls, we've been contemplating a pool for a while now. sadly, the only space we have is where my mother of a San Pedro was standing... so we had to move her.... I think you all know where this is going from here, guess the topic gives it away a bit too tips will be saved for further propagating. my lovely lady lending a helping hand there with the messy bits, I got outa bed and immediately got busy slicing up some medicine, she came waddling after probably 20min later, still in her very sexy satin nighty and coffee in her hand. didn't even hesitate to sit down and get her hands dirty with the messy bits! what a team player, right? once we got going I didn't wana take pics every few minutes or everything would be dirty and sticky as f.ck, so here is the last photo for the day we did 4 doses on the day, left them to dry, here they are. all that is left now is to powder them, cook it and then the ceremony I guess.... ALSO, anyone interested in San Pedro? I am giving away for free
  15. oh yeah, then it's a no brainer. and on the active cooling on the blurp, we approaching winter and when you in flower we will be in the middle of winter. heat shouldn't be an issue. although in winter RH can be a huge problem if you don't have good airflow and FAE
  16. I love my sonoff switch, only thing I regret is not buying more of them on my first purchase. obviously wanted to test the thing first, so didn't wana waste any coin. also, took fucking forever for communica to get stock in and in most cases I am no good when it comes to waiting now that I am comfortable with them I am thoroughly impressed, and for the price I might aswell have a few laying around!!! great thread you got going here @Marzcanna love peeping the grows and getting some new ideas!!! will take a few photos tonight when the lights come on, nothing fancy going on, just want to be a part of this hahahah
  17. hey bud what diodes does that QB run? looking at the brand and make up of the blurple I would guess that it's true wattage is also around 75. so just off the bat, if they both 75w out the wall, you will have better results using the QB, this is IF the diodes are of good quality. Samsung got a few nice diodes aswell as Bridgelux, though I would still say Samsung has the better range. if you got some good diodes on there the built in fan on the blurp shouldn't even be in concideration when looking at the difference in light. good diodes will give you more photosynthetically avtive radiation (PAR readings) per square centimeter aswell as better photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD readings) per square centimeter. so within one square centimeter you'll have more micromols hitting your leaves and feeding the plant. you should be aiming for 500 to 1000 micromols hitting your leaves for optimal photosynthesis
  18. @Tipzo Awe welcome to the garden, show us your stuff @donzomb what's up mr. connoisseur, you're welcome here lol no need for names!! how bout creating a thread for your own introduction?
  19. while setting up I was inspecting with a keen eye, sounded like the dude at the shop tried super hard selling them, but it turns out he was just listing facts about the tent. hahahah it just really is a real good product. I couldn't list all the improvements off by heart, but I would highly recommend this brand of tent, if anyone is out looking, save up the few extra pennies and get yourself something nice that will last if nothing better comes out my next tent will be another Budbux for sure.
  20. thanks guys, I'm feeling more at ease now with my setup, should be able to harvest few photoperiods every 2 to 3 months if I got my timing and growing juuust right, might finally grow enough to keep me happy. with only one tent there's always a few months that go by where I am back to buying weed. didn't like that can't leave the new tent alone, the zippers, the material, the poles. they sure made a sexy product. now just to get my growing dialed in.
  21. sooooo, just like that some space opens up, been wanting to get a perpetual thing going for a while now. there's an earlier thread of mine where I built a veg box, since then I moved and didn't have space to put it back up. finally got space, but thought it's time to retire the box. still got all the parts so it's just put aside for now. here she is so now this is veg area, got the little 50w flood light in there too for what it's worth
  22. put some LED strip, mushrooms showing a lot more colour when grown under supplemented lights, looks like someones watching movies inside my grow room Grey Oysters Elf Oysters
