  1. oooh fuck man yeah chop him and make sure he don't pollenate others
  2. as much as you want brother if you can plant and cater to 100 plants in one season you can do so. legal limit is 4 mature plants or 800g flower per adult, per household 8 plants max or 1.2kg max flower. they also state anything equivalent to that, so it would be up to the responding officer to decide what's equivelent to the legal limit. so if you're one consenting adult and got 100 seedlings that might be pushing your "equivalence" boundaries hahahah So, let me get this right, your plan is to veg indoors constantly? and take outside for flower? again, if this is what you gona set in stone for yourself, just don't think you gona take a plant out of a tent in Jan. and have it flower outside. if it happened once for someone else, good for them, but you're playing on the verge there. to be 100% safe you can bring the plant outside and have it go into flower you have to work in the 12/12h light cycle. anything else you taking chances. why not keep the tent on permanent 12/12 and pop seeds outdoors and veg permanent then just have a 2/3 month flower cycle with each batch? as soon as they come out harvest time you move another batch in? Natural cycle hasn't got much to do with the months of the year, but rather light hours. only about a 3 to 4 month period out of every year you gona get a solid 12/12 cycle.
  3. interesting, can't wait to see what I get! got good lineage that's for sure
  4. I cannot wait to pop my Tortoni seeds!!!!!! as they are F1 should I expect different phenos?
  5. yeah, to be on the safe side, if you close to cpt to stick to guidelines. I seen a dude put his 2 month flowering plant outside, cz of insects, didn't want it to get to other plants so the lady made some nice long foxtails. guideline, find the spot in your garden that gets the most sun, check what time sun hits the spot in the morning, then when shade pulls over in afternoon, how many hours is that? if it's more than what you gave your plant indoors you risking reveg. now start thinking bout strategic placing
  6. cpt already only getting about 13h sun each day so fast approaching a 12/12 flower cycle, my outdoor ladies also flowering but I'm not in cpt. I thought I'm early but it seems most people already in flower!
  7. just keep in mind you can only flower outdoors in flower season. (in the zone of mid april to mid august) other 8 months of the year you can only flower inside. Right now is only the start of flower cycle outdoors with a bunch of ladies still not even showing pistils. this is why I say mid april to mid august.
  8. when it comes to autos @Prom is your man, so take any suggestions you get, from what I can see though, that soil looks a bit too wet and you mentioned you wet it when removing the seed hat. when popping seeds straight into soil just put like 20ml of water at the sight of planted seed and put a dome over. don't water again, at all, untill she's standing. once she's up and drank up that bit you gave you can give a little but only like 40/50ml then. easy to have a seedling rot on you cause too much water, too much "love". not a must to have perlite, but it would surely help with drainage and drying out the medium.
  9. if she was a cut from a fem for sure and then pushed ball sacks, she's a hermaphrodite. if it's a female with seeds it's just pollenated, but like you said the sacks came before the flower? so hermaphrodite it is.... could be caused by a number of factors, including any drastic environmental changes aspecially when close to or in flower period.
  10. aha, I see!! well, you really doing some great work over there bud, also dig the fact that you kept busy while waiting on the setup!
  11. indoor lighting or heat stress would give you curled leaves maybe even burnt leaves, but no complete sex change.
  12. brother, did it get pollinated or completely turn into a male? not sure about a complete sex change, but possible when you took it outside that stray pollen got to her. These plants can handle some serious heat before they start stressing, if you talking bout heat from the sun after you moved her out then no it's not possible. If you talking heat from your light, which would be indoors where pollenation is less likely, then I am also not sure of a complete sex change like that. Would be a first time for me to hear about something like this. Also, how sure are you about the clone being a fem?
  13. welcome! you got a nice camera dude, can't wait to see the pics of the grows
  14. if it looks, smells and smokes good I am down to clown, but as far as "strains" go I couldn't say man, probably haven't even scratched the surface of what is concidered "strains"... I actually prefer smoking as much different kinds of weed as I can, because of that fact. couldn't smoke the same weed for more than a week even if I reeeeaally liked it.
  15. what's goooood my dude, plants looking real nice! just a quick question for interest sake, if bonsai is the plan you not really growing to harvest or to "have weed" by the end of it, right? If that's the case I would suggest getting some wild bag seeds. I know I've kept a bunch of random bag seeds and I know a whole lot of stoners always just keep some bag seeds. They usually insanely prolific and you can bend and break them in any way you feel like, they'll just bush out more. These are usually the seeds you see somewhere growing next to some concrete and shit. If you see males you toss them. If you get bud it's a bonus, but for a semi-genetically isolated photoperiod plant with "needs" and seen as a "annual shrub" you not really gona get a great bonsai either, unless you keep her under a constant 18/6 light cycle like a mother plant. then you can bonsai her for years. even maybe bonsai her to an acceptable harvest size and you can get maybe 10g or so off her? If not really worried about the weed I would again have to suggest wild bag seeds? maybe even hemp seeds?
  16. @Cannabist doing the most out here! this is basically them right now ...but keeping local
  17. 6 weeks since pop, beginning of week 4 on the feeding chart. might have to stretch the feed of week 4 and 5 over the time of 4 weeks just to fill up the tent, things are going quite slow. topped and pulled the girls to the side so they can bush out
  18. PACKAGE RECIEVED!! I recieved it yesterday on the 1st of the month, what a great prize! The sweetest sweet seeds shirt, 3 awesome stickers, a pack of rolling papers (low-key always been collecting nice packs as they are so cheap so SUPER STOKED on that) and then the 5 different strains, although I was told they're gona be 5 each, 2 of the packs had 6 in them so instead of 25 seeds, there is 27!!!! this is way more than just a prize, I can't wait to give you all the pics once I pop all those perky little pips! FUCK YEAH CANNABIST, COULDN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!! Also a BIG BIG SHOUT OUT to @Totemic the pioneer that's doing it for all of us! I am sure I speak for most of us when I say this shout out goes deep, even time traveling a bit back in time to when the man took the steps that was still concidered a crime back then, to get to where he is now. The best way to show how much we appreciate his hard work and efforts would be to show support and buy as many Totemic packs as you can!!!
  19. @Fridge I see man, well then let me help kick off the pro's and con's list of the options mentioned by @CreX get photos with the bit of extra physical labour from carrying in and out every day and a possibility of a normal harvest. or get autos, harvest a little less How about @StonerZN you got any other plants outside, or might that option work for you?
  20. @Chris Jay As in all cases, the knife will always cut both ways, or in this case "be able to" cut both ways. I just invest my hopes and energies where I think it needs to be. Hopefully legislation passes in our favour, if only our damn "leaders" can pull their heada out of their asses. In that case I don't invest too many hopes, because that's will just bring a person down. way down.... so I am fully aware of the limbo show. keeping in mind, though, how far we have come. like you said with all the cannabis infused products and such. I see cannabis products in every second pharmacy I go into. I have to say, I am almost certain we gona be the ball in our hands soon, we just gotta keep playing the game!!!
  21. How about just getting a light right above the plant outside? No need to bring it in, many flood lights are waterproof, you can mount it easy as pie. put it on a timer. probably will end up having some parts of the plant still pushing pistils early, but will surely keep the plant in veg till you take the light away.
  22. OH SHIT!!! that is a huuuge prize, on this beautiful Friday morning, nothing could be better!!! Hope you all have a lovely blessed weekend! BIG THANKS TO @Cannabist !!! pm sent
  23. this is awesome, just wana give a big thanks to @Cannabist for paving the way for the local breeders! more vendors should focus on growing the community, soon international vendors will want what we breed here, like @GGG said! we all know SA got great potential when it comes to cannabis. More Power to the Rise of the South Africa Cannabis Breeders!
