Need help, color change while purging
HELP!!
I’ve extracted using ethanol 99.9%, winterized, then carbon scrubbed, filtered through celite 545, then through syringe filter 0.45micron. Evaporated under Vaccum at 30c… result was super clear and clean extract.
While purging at 100f the oil/shatter turned to this color and purging the ethanol is very slow, this grey color appeared after 1 day of purging…
Also last time I tried i got a golden oil but as soon as I opened the Vaccum oven door it turned dark very fast and almost no effect…
Can someone explain how I got an oil that has no effect, degradation of thc to Cbn ? Starting material is perfect… and pleeeaaaasse someone explain what’s this color and where did it came from ???
