If they have the IM301B on, you have the right diode.. check to take the 3000k 660nm version and should do what you want it to do 2 of the 288 QBs would replace a Mars 144 and draw less (for a 1.2x0.6 area). So my Gorilla Burble is beaten.. I don't even test that hehehe 240 watt is less as the 270 the Mars 144 draws. But I put the Sweet Seeds in once here for another no effort grow.. and run it with a QB setup to prove my point or prove me wrong

Check that your boards are v3.. newest generation. I can't really read that site, my browser hates it somehow

Can tell you how I do it.. doesn't mean this is the only correct way is just one way. Drop the seed in a glass of hand warm water (i use BioBizz Root Juice already here (4ml/L) Keep it for 12 hours in the glass (dark and warm), avoid leaving it longer then 12 hours swimming.. sounds funny, seeds also drown. If it popped in the glass.. put on a smiley face. Put the seed in the final pot, about 1 cm deep. Keep it warm! (25 degrees sexy) If it doesn't pop in the glass, I like to plate. Use 2 dinner plates and 4 sheets of kitchen paper. Wet 2 papers fully and squeeze the water out by hand. Should be moist, not wet. Put on plate no1 and cut everything hanging over the plate off or fold inside. Have a 1cm gap from paper to outside of the plate. Do same for plate no2. Put your seed(s) on the paper on plate no1.. if you put several, leave a gap (2-3cm) between each and do not handle with your fingers.. find a way in any case wash your hands before you handle your seeds.. best non powdered medical gloves. Then put plate no2 upside down on plate no1.. flying saucer style. Dark and warm spot like the glass. Some prefer to let them grow till root has 2 cm.. I plant em when they pop. They need WARM!!!!! They drop ONCE below 12 and you have issues.. below 10 is bye bye seed! Keep that in mind!

Is a bit the question what you want to do.. my Arduino not just handles the dimming of the lamps. I use it for climate control and is connected to a few 240 relays handling 1 8 inch intake and 2 6 inch out takes (one in room circulation, other vent under the roof with a carbon filter connected). The system just reads the sensors (humidity, temp and light) and activates the relays depending on the settings (light would send me a alarm message). If you just want to dim, you need a simple regulator https://www.takealot.com/dc-dc-step-down-power-module-using-lm2596-1-25v-35v/PLID60539879?gclid=Cj0KCQjwgJv4BRCrARIsAB17JI6r7I8Z7x3U3HDNgpHkTGkQjEVXl3JQoeDDiMeCBggo01lnrDTZSMQaAu12EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds And connect it. The rest i can write you the script or you will find out, is rather simple. The module also comes with a script.. if you want a keyboard or a knob to change the settings, that is your choice. Is a very simple language and you find for any issue help online. (I have a little advantage here, I worked as a professional programmer, when I was way younger)

digikey had free express shipping at the time. Aliexpress goes per weight.. so was cheaper for me to order from 2 different suppliers. If you buy just one QB 288, do NOT take the 240 driver, take a 120.. other way you waste way to much energy or need a dimmer. The 120 works perfect and the draw is correct. The 240 draws way more as it just tries to squeeze everything inside the board.. one reason my boards were way to hot. Now.. not even sure I need a heat sink, hand warm. So select the driver matching your boards wattage. 1 QB288 IM301B/H - HLG 120H-48(A, B or AB) 2 QB288s - HLG 240H-48(A,B or AB) If you do not want to use a dimmer, just don't connect one and it will run 100%, works on all three driver versions A, B and AB. But you still have the option.. I go with B usually as I like to connect them to a Arduino system and dim from that source.

There are many way better growers then me on this site. I ignored Autos for 3 years.. autoflower.. what shit is that!? hehehe But when a professional grower tells you.. "mhhh Cape Town, you should put some Autos outdoor, that should end great with the amount of sun you guys have. First batch has also no seeds." The second part made me listen.. i tried them and cursed myself not to have given those babies a earlier chance to prove them self. I had one more grow of Fems beside the Autos.. then decided that I actually enjoy Autos a lot more.. and we talk miles I am over snipping and binding. I want to grow as relaxed as possible and get some results. The Gelato.. that weed changed all my books. And my tracker moved, post office is catching up.. 100 42FastBuds Gelato Seeds inbound, passed customs already that should keep me happy for a year might sell some of the beans I don't need. No need to let em get old.

two are not drinking as they should. Noticed on one plant very fine yellowing on the tips.. my inner feeling told me to give them a pure water feed today. Royal Queen seeds say is a 8-10 week plant. Also shows you, that you can't trust those numbers, very sure the plants will need 11 weeks. But 8-10.. I select my 8 week feeding sheet that one takes no prisoners. I should be scratching the limits here @afternoon blazer I don't do this to show how great I am as a grower.. I actually am not I have more respect for the guys getting a 600g harvest out of a single fem. I grow for over 30 years.. and all I want to show is that Autos are a new breed to deal with. Those hardened Nordic suckers have a unbelievable nute distribution. They go way more berserk with flowering, as they usually have way less time to do their job in nature. Due to ignoring the Photo sensitivity you get a lot of energy into the plant in a very short time.. and best is just the fact: don't disturb Autos! We did 2 individual tests for defoiling. In both tests we selected the fastest growing and strongest plant and made a clever defoil.. open the light to the buds, not touching the other fan leaves. Both tests had exactly the same outcome.. the once strongest and biggest plant had in both batches at the end the lowest yield. And was never second last or middle.. dead last. Undisturbed, they seem to perform best.. so if you like to grow but don't want all the training snipping, binding, folding or what do I know.. go Autos they yield unbelievable well for the size they form.. just keep them happy feed and have the right climate. Mine is never dropping below 19 and not over 22.. love winter indoor growing

Week 9 Started... and they also start to put on some smell now ^^ Day 1 Week 9 And week 8 in motion. The cam and the fan started to collide. And then the less important had to go ^^ .. the Fan hehehe So sorry for the cam moving but the fan did that. Also nice to watch the plant relax after the wind disturbance is gone.

What you feed them? first guess, due to the very dark green color.. nute burn

Is on hold... I need other drivers for the single board lamps. Right now the QBs run higher wattage at the TS3000.. that isn't helping I want same yield, lower wattage. So a little delay..
-
Just check with the company you order from, that they reduce the price for customs.. Customs are greedy bitches. So rather deserve this. Charged me double the import fees on the LED boards compared to the drivers. I also redesign my drivers. You can't run a single board on a 240H-48 .. makes zero sense as the draw is way to much and the board gets to hot. With 2 boards on a 240 driver, they run as expected and waaaaaay colder. So I get 120H-48B for 2 boards. Then I can run 3 boards and stay below 400 watt consumption. Ordered the 120 watt drivers..

I also dumped the Reef Aquatics smart plug in the trash.. the numbers that shit thing delivers are so far off... if your tool measures crap.. why have a tool at all hehehehe I check to contact the Admin.. the title is misleading. I post the pictures of a tool measuring the correct wattage. Mars 144 Veg Mars 144 Flower Title needs to get edited... things need to be correct. And sorry for that.. numbers are not that "awesome" anymore hehehe is now just a lousy no effort grow

OK, i invested 2 mins and raised the 7 smaller ones. Lamp has to stay now.. max up, but I think will fit till the end.
-
I skipped Day 1 Week 8 as you got Day 7 week 7 ^^ You get 2 pics for Day 4 Week 8 Canape they formed them self Full tent view.. no rocket science anywhere I think about evening the canape a bit more and put something below the pots of the 7 shorter ones
-
Thanks @Dank i check World of Seeds. I never smoked myself either. I just want to breed the African Landraces into Autos to have something to trade
-
Is not easy to tell from the picture.. they curl for different reasons. Your soil looks very "fine", might swamp a bit. That lets water stay and damage the roots. But is hard to judge from the picture. If I could stick my finger into the soil, would be easier But so far I side with Fridgedoor.. to much water did no good to your roots. If your pot is light and your soil is fine.. wind and re-veg would be my next guess. You have light on her?
-
Hey @@Dank ^^ the breeding is the easy part.. I need the Kilimanjaro seeeeeeeeeeds ^^ I have regular Ruderalis seeds in my seed vault. I need the Kili to turn it auto

You can wash off PM very good with Bicarb of Soda (Baking Section in any supermarket). Use 2g per liter of water and a second bucket with fresh water. Gentle let it soak in the Bicarb bucket, then dip and rinse careful in the water bucket. Dry as usual. If you have Serenade, get a ultra sonic misting fan. Put a 50% mix into the dry room and let it run and empty, cook a little storm to disperse it all over the room, i add 1-2 oscillating fans . Stay out of the room till ventilated. The bacteria will starve and decay after all mold is consumed. Cure the usual way. I haven't see any PM since I misted the flat a few weeks ago. Gorillas are clean clean, and that is a very dense forest

And week 7 as promised. Cam position got changed. Placed the cam up on the Fan rack now. If it gets over grown there.. I have bigger issues hehehe And sorry for the skew cam, the plant close to it had other ideas how it should be pointed
-
No, you only count the foot print of the plant. In a full tent, that is easy. Otherwise you make a fair guess. Only person you cheat on is you.. so fair in your point of view ^^ full tents leave no big range for arguments. If you dry longer as 7 days.. your room climate is very very bad. First 2 days, 45-55% humidity, 18-20 degrees. next 3-5 days. 50-60% humidity at 20-22 degrees. That is the 'perfect' way.. and after 7 days your fattest buds should be dry. Longer.. mold issues get very very dangerous. Also.. shorter as 5 days total.. will leave a "hay" smell. Needs longer curing. Run curing at 62% and when you are happy after 2 weeks, change to a 58% bag and go long term storage. after 2 months.. life is good 4 months even better and after 6-9 months we go mouthgasm

They do also Gram/Watt/Plant on growdiaries.com not sure what that is good for Gram/watt is nice to see your lamps efficiency Gram/sqm shows a bit how good you are
-
I kinda run out of space ^^ Day 7 Week 7 And I mean the top part hehehe Those Gorillas really enjoy them self without getting disturbed. The End is Near I usually use the tent as my dry tent.. but I think those Gorillas start to prove my point rather well Autos Rock! Hitting 80cm (soil to tip) now.. I think they will reach 100 till harvest. I might have to move the cam to the other side.. Fan and tripod start to collide. Tomorrow I post the week movie..

Would love to get my hands on some Kilimanjaro to turn it into a Auto... somebody can help on that topic?
-
And he got the "better" light as replacement for the 4 QB 288 board lamp he ordered.. is a LED Bar Lamp so those lights are better then QBs. I learn a lot from those dudes... I think I stick with my lamps and will not switch I would have demanded to get the 4 QB Lamp originally ordered.. a lot more for your money hehehe I cross this topic off and put a ignore on their URL, not touching that store myself.

^^ give me 2 months and I tell you the yield will tell.. rest is guessing. So far.. both sides are about same speed.. but that says nothing at this stage. All difference will be in flower. Distances for germ, veg and flower I measured with a quantum flux meter for both. I try my best to have conditions for both the same.. I also placed the corner TS and measured the side wash, so it is more or less same for both sides.
