We talk now.. or next summer? Yes you can put Autos.. sun strength would be enough, duration.. more is better. So if you can add them a light, would help. Summer.. autos work very well. If you want something with a good kick, try the Gelato from 42FastBuds, would be my recommendation.

Sooo ^^ I continue this one.. and was half the day preparing the battle of the boards My main focus is this one: I do not look for more yield, I would like to reduce my energy consumption and have the same yield. Based on that, I decided to let 3 QBs 288 IM301H with 125 Watt.. I didn't measure that today, had a issue with the wifi and busy enough. I get the proper numbers over a smart plug tomorrow. But lets run factory.. 125 Watt a board, 375 Watt on the QBs against the 450 Watt (also using the number from the smart plug, same source of error). 75 Watt less on a 1.2x1.2 area, I would enjoy that. The TS3000 is a finished product, so it will compete as it is. The QBs i build into 4 lamps, 3 will go into the battle ^^ Those lamps I hang spread over the canape. To get fair numbers, I measured the lamps on the same black non reflective surface with different hanging distance to fixed raised spots to eliminate any ground light wash. I used 30, 45, 50, 60 70 cm distances and leveled lamps. The first I learned is that I was so completely wrong about my hanging distance, rather shocked I got those 976g per m2 I was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to close. Damn.. that quantum flux meter is a eye opener. Mars tells you to put the TS3 on 30-45 cm for flowering.. no ^^ don't do that. Go 75 cm distance for veg and 60cm for flower.. rest is waste and to narrow foot print. If you use a CO2 generator.. crank it up if you go on 30 cm 1280 micromol... Big BADA BUM The QBs will go 65cm for Veg and 50cm for Flower. They are 80 micromol weaker spread over the canape, but we still talk 75 watt less. So this could be a very interesting compare. I let 3 strains run and will have spares to make swaps for genetic lower plants. I try to be as fair as I can be. Both sets will get bottom feeding over a 1.2x1.2 tray. Biggest harvest over all strains wins.. i dropped the seeds today As my Fastbuds seeds are with the Post Office ^^ and I am bored. I went Nirvana seeds.. Bubblelicious, Blue Cheese, Blueberry Kush.. all autos what else!

Was all day busy.. but here we go on the Gorilla Journey.. and just to mention.. feeding all three days and rest I do not really give a damn zero effort grow. As much as I like to point to really great service companies. This one is the COMPLETE opposite! Sorry we told all those lies, the material didn't arrive, but we send you a better replacement lamp (2 weeks ago) The better lamp got send to the wrong customer. Please send your banking details for the refund (this week) Honesty is not on their menu and for Christ sake, don't support such online shops, they need to close down to not have others run into those liars. Why can't they just stick with the truth, that hard??? Who wouldn't understand, sorry, import issues. Telling that the Lamp is done and shipped, twice, knowing that this is a blatant lie.. sorry, shaking my head with those SA business behaviors.. never experience anything even close to this time wasting, lying your ass off habit. I imported and build my lamps faster as the lamp they promise to be on stock (and way cheaper for me). Lies, lies, lies....

Looks like the Dark Street comes with a net can't tell you. I would go with the cheaper option and get a net for 60 bugs myself.. if you need a net... Why not just go with a cheap shit Mars tent? They do the trick and the zippers are in most cases better as on the expensive tents.

I only have a cold issue when my big tent is dark.. otherwise I have more of a heat issue and I use a gas oven as heater if needed. I just turn it on by hand and let it run over night. Yes it adds a bit moisture to the air, but I can live with that.. the additional CO2 isn't needed to be honest, as I do not have anything running over 1000 micromol. Preparing my big tent for the Battle of the Boards. Then I have enough rest heat to keep all cosy and warm.

I could upload the combined file.. so here is day 25 to 32 1.15 you see a small move of the pots, went 2-3 cm towards the cam. Is all I did so far on the plants beside feeding them

Changed to Flowering Lights today at 10.00.. so running 177 Watts now. Will also get 3 Grow and 2 Bloom first time today. Week 5 Day 1 Youtube doesn't let me upload the next video.. tells me that it is the same content as another video I have... they made quite a nice stretch end week 4.. bummer.

Not even half a light and when you are over 1000 micromol.. you just waste energy without a CO2 generator. At the end depends a bit how "good" your weed has to be.. good weed costs money and in my book.. that isn't really expensive for a CO2 burner.. 6k is a fair offer The Epogee PAR meter was over 10k.. just to give an idea of how much pro gear costs.

We gave the Mars 144 also a short measurement with the Apogee Quantum Flux sensor. And were rather impressive too 127 Watt veg it makes 520 micromol at 45cm 178 Watt flower it brings 980 micromol at 30cm Some rather killer numbers for the consumption.

My inner feeling wasn't wrong ^^ the TS3 is a really good lamp.. and we talk really good. For the price.. very hard to beat

We had a quick look on the 301B and the TS3000 and measured some PAR with a Apogee SQ-500 Quantum Flux tool. First hehehe don't mess with the TS3000 ^^ Also saw.. I can go quite some up in hanging distance.. flower distance of 30cm she hits around 1250 micromol at center (to much without permanent CO2 generator). The 301B reached 1150 on center.. but the Lamp has also a different layout for the boards. Monday we make a test environment and set some measure points in a empty 1.2x1.2 and see how they compare as soon as the new lamps arrive. He has B boards lamp shipping (SA local).. my H boards will be faster from China... and the SA guy wrote him last week, lamp is done, gets tested and shipped. Nope.. nothing shipped.. empty promise. When my China boards are here Monday, they were a week faster as the SA local lamp, which was apparently on stock. (Who else beside me thinks that was a blatant lie?) We also had the sensor in the outside sun and that was a way bigger eye opener. Around 2 o'clock, the thingy was reading 2200 micromol.. so more than enough to actually run some plants outside. Light duration still the issue, but down here in the Southern hemisphere you can do what is a absolute no go in Europe. So I revise my statement done before.. yes, you can grow in winter.. sun packs still a punch. Just duration and temp.. had 7 degrees this morning... germinating seeds would not survive that temp. @PsyCLown They give 1 QB of mine with 125Watt.. I prefer to run em not hot.. and 2 QBs on one HLG-240H-48... might be to much or the thingy runs hot all the time.. 250 watts.. na, I run one driver per QB.. and have a spare. If I run into any issues.. have no real down time on the lamp. Each TS also has a driver for each board (2 510 boards)).. I like the setup. If the driver fails, the lamp is not going dark.. just 50% loss.

Wups.. missed that one. Yes, there are customs charges and as much as I like to be fair.. I told them to enter the correct amount when sending. Next order.. I will kindly ask them to put 18$ as price per product. Customs charged me 2200Rand for the 6500R product value. That is just a little greedy in my eyes. So if you order.. add a friendly remark, the Chinese do those cheats with zero problem.

If you only have PM and no other pests, keep the wash short.. and I wouldn't do warm water as it softens the trichome substance a lot. For PM only, I would only recommend a 2 bucket wash. First Bicarb of Soda, 2g per liter and a tap cold rinse with clear filtered water. You only do peroxide and lemon juice to shock crawlies. Spider Mites and such. PM lets go very easy with just Bicarb of Soda.
