  1. Lmao these blurple companies make me laugh when they put their HPS equivalent values on the spec sheets... 130w?!?! Compared to a 3000w power-hungry HPS setup? LOL, naaaaaah bro Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  2. Well done to all the nominees, really good stuff. All the best gents! Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  3. Small edit here bud: 420 FORUM advise - PRICELESS! Feel free to post your own threads if you have other questions as well bro Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  4. All looks well [emoji1362] Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  5. I appreciate it man, really. I try to make my journals as easy to follow as possible. Kinda hoping to get noticed by some grow magazine someday, lol. That would be dope. And yeah sure man, will be following your grow, mention me if you have anything you think I could help with and I'll try my best. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  6. I've only completed 1 grow in it, came out with 32g of some really potent stuff. I had the UFO blurple in there. Here's the link to the grow journal if you're interested, harvest is on page 11; https://forum.grasscity.com/threads/harvested-the-1-sq-ft-microgrow-plushberry.1547663/ The usable space inside the box is about 350x400x460 External dimensions are 380x460x590 Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  7. Lmao yeah make that 2 seconds. Just went to check and burnt myself. I anticipated the heat from the lights, also a car fan... I figured for the purpose (a seedling chamber) the higher temps would be better. So it's kinda intentional, but the box overall is staying much cooler than I thought it would. 8. Yeah they really do, but the 2 fans I have in the box work well. The bottom fan is intake and top one is exhaust... By the look of things and feel of the breeze it creates, it seems to be circulating the air well and the exhaust pulls the air over the lights before drawing it out. If you held the light, you'd get burnt after like 3 or 4 seconds, but the temperature is stable... I guess that's how it's meant to work.
  9. Haha, thanks man. The CO2 generator is out of the tent for now, I messed with the recipe too much and botched the whole thing... Will get it back up and running in a few days. She's around 70cm from the soil at the tallest colas with them leaning on the tent walls. I checked a few spots.
  10. Lmao [emoji1787] They still have some time to go, I want all of them milky AF [emoji1786] And sure man, I'm all for helping members grow that fire [emoji91] Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  11. Correct Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  12. No problem man, it took me a while to find a schedule that works well and is forgiving when experimenting with ppm levels. Thought it would give you a nice advantage to have the info before you get the nutes - less wastage. Also watering to 10-15% runoff is sufficient. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  13. *Trichome Porn* Lmao couldn't resist that. Anyway, not much to talk about folks, they're just looking super fire... These fuckers are frrrosty! Minimal maintenance since the last tie down and I'll feed her tomorrow... Its just a waiting game right now. Enjoy the pictures, cheers!
  14. I like this kind of toys [emoji23] Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  15. Also, many people don't feed seedlings in week 1&2 in soil-like mediums because they're extremely sensitive and generally don't need it. So ignore that part of the feeding chart. I run some pretty abusive tests on my trees
  16. Greetings bro, and welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy your time here and we convince you to stay. Lol Okay, so your setup looks good and temps sound okay... Cfls are okay for seedlings and clones... You can pull off veg with a couple more cfl bulbs if you aren't planning on getting a veg light. With the addition of the 2:3:2 fert in your soil and the fact that seedlings should be good for the first 2 weeks without nutes... I'd say yeah you're safe for a couple weeks. It's just that you won't have a way of knowing how the general purpose affected the pH of the medium... Shouldn't be a train smash though if your water is alright. GHE has a pH test kit for like 80bucks and can be found at many gardening stores, and like all grow shops. I can help with your GHE feeding schedule. My medium is a mix of coco, Perlite and a bunch of amendments, but I found the feeding schedule that I'll attach is a good starting point to figure out your strength limits and then tweak it to your grow - keep pH in mind here as well once you start using it. I use the GHE Flora Tripack (Micro, Gro & Bloom) and nothing else... Works like a charm. The amendments in my medium allow it to hold water for a few days which means I don't have to water every day (as you would a normal coco/Perlite mix) so maybe someone else can help you there.
  17. [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] Yeah I've been making my own stuff for a while, not just for growing. Quality is where its at man [emoji1362] Thanks again bro, feel free to drop me a message with the ideas or anything really, you never know. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  18. Here's my 12V Headlight system... Lol, I'm going to take it apart and use the led boards soon, just need to find some nice heat sinks. *Disclaimer* the design is my idea that I'm working on and optimizing - with the winged reflector and LED system (both 12V & 220V/driverless) - if anyone wants to make it for themselves that's fine and let me know (I can help explain what it's good for as far as I know)... If you're interested in developing this product and selling it, please contact me first... I'm putting it up in good faith and I don't have the capacity or funds to mass produce these, so I'm working on it over time. So yeah, that's my attempt at trying to say that it's my intellectual property had to get it out the way. Just tryna help everyone out, but if you think we can make some money with the idea, hit me up
  19. I really enjoy tinkering with electronics and the overpricing is a big motivator to make my own shit, lol. Its repaired and modded. I took it out of its housing, re-soldered and shielded the power cables, slapped on a small heat sink with some thermal paste and upgraded the fan to a 12cm silent pc fan (higher cfm, less noise). I then spaced everything and mounted the fan above the heat sink with some cable ties and glued the power supply above the fan. Did a 48hr on test and everything still runs well so I think it's safe. I added coat hooks to the corners of the fan as a hanging mechanism and used some string to hang it all up. Please don't judge the torn foil, this box hasn't been changed since my equipment moved out. Lol
  20. Was thinking of getting this strain just because of the poster, lol. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  21. Awe no stress bro. Lmao yeah man I cry to pay for equipment and I like making my own gadgets so I only buy things if I absolutely need to. Trying to cut down on the light bill as well (at the moment everything is LED). The entire system pulls about 450w when everything is on. For flower; In the Mars tent I have a 240w COB LED fixture (Hipargero HG800) In the Grow Box I have a disassembled and reassembled blurple UFO (pulls about 49w) I know the HG800 can get me 200g in the tent with proper training and I plan to push the limits of what I can get with the UFO in the box - let's see how far I can push it with my training methods. 22. Spotted and signed this on Instagram a few weeks back. I managed to get into contact with the guys behind the movement. Their initial deadline passed if I'm not mistaken, but the petition is still online. Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk
  23. Thanks bro I just set it up properly quite recently. Everything is operational now. There's a lot of recycled and repurposed parts in the setup. Budget DIY is my game, lol. Even made my own extractor fan for the DP60 tent with parts and pieces from other fans before attaching it to the plastic flange that goes onto the ducting. Oh, and the seedling box is running a full 12V system, with a pair of LED HID headlights and a DIY can reflector.
