Hello bud, The plants are looking good, all looks pretty normal to me. Plants are very similar to humans in that from a very young phase are quite fragile in their infancy and then spring up into their adolescence getting stronger, healthier and hardier all the way through their mid life. Then once flowering comes along, during the middle or so, there is a noticeable decline in health and this is all normal everyone gets old. If you have only fed worm casting, you have given the soil more than anything, a workforce to make nutrients more available, I would definitely hold back on the worm casting for the remainder of the grow. The plants are fading back so the colour will completely leave the leaf and appear yellow until they fall, again very normal. Then you seems to be about halfway through flowering. Quite important to note the following as everything will be impacted by this, What soil are you using? There could be things the plant requires as your finish, or they might already be available and nature is taking its course in which case water will do, maybe some Aminos, humic/fulvic, Kelpak will be a great add, high potassium molasses weekly too, but tiny amounts will do the best job. Again the type of soil matters the most. Using synthetics in a thriving organic medium needs to be done with the utmost care and precision, I would advise against it as your plants look right on track.

Really we have the very best people fighting for Dagga in our country. I'm not sure if bias could be counted here, but seeing the talent and courageous actions, wisely taken from all of the leaders in SA. It make me really proud to be South African. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I like Jeremy, he is most passionate. It seems the whole bill scenario has hit quite a fender bender and calls for a write off. Jeremy really ignited that energy in the beginning of the hearing. Someone else mentioned. I suppose its back to waiting, If I have to pick a country in the world that could deal the final blow to a stigmatic colonialist thinking, it would have to be a country that is ripe and full of wisdom, some people say wisdom comes with age.

That should be one hell of a yield, please share results.

It’s probably shitty weed that wasn’t flushed properly and now they want to flog it. Snap crackle and pop, how did it taste? Anything like Nos?

I recall mentioning in another thread a good way to see if your plants are happy or not, temp gun, also dial in your lights specifically I think it was.

I may be wrong bud, but im sure VPD is calculated at leaf surface temperature, which is close to ambient, (but not always, stress plants are hotter)
-
Well its as organic as I could possibly get (and that's more than ''certified organic'') . I've listed all the inputs used, other than that, the soil is a standard mash up of different amendment around about the right ratio.

This is very impressive work bud, I don't know much about hydro, but that is definitely a hat off moment. I'm keen to see some monsters grown here!

Cannabis Legalisation
ORGANinc. replied to GandalfTheGreen's topic in Cannabis Legalisation & Activism
The Portfolio committee on Justice and correctional services held few public comments for some of the most important stakeholders in the country yesterday and it was quite a good watch with some of parliaments member/law makers actually lending an ear to the real down falls and incompatibilities of the current proposed bill. They all called for either a complete scrapping of the bill, or serious reworking of many many factors. Watching many of the speakers voice their points really made me see how unconstitutional the bill is, and also made me think, it was actually the biggest waste of time and possible industry development that could have ever been under taken. One of the prominent group members even said, would we be playing into governments hands if we were to go back to court. Who knows what happens behind closed doors. But for sure government heard what was said and if they do not respond with a more inclusive structure, they know what the community will do, resulting in more time wasted and more possible corruption monies to be had. The suffocating of the commercial aspects in the local market is going to have a long term effect that might not be able to be reversed if held back too long. Less jobs and less rural/local development. Today FOGFA will be speaking and introducing their manifesto which is inline with the needs of the local market and will ensure fair and sustainable growth in the local industry as well as the systems that will be necessary to ensure an efficacious end products. The Department of health / the Department of Justice / SAPS and SAPHRA were nowhere to be seen when these public hearing happened yesterday. I hope they chime in today and voice their opinions, either way it looks like Government understands the bill is flawed in one way or another. -
looks like they getting bigger by the day it seems

Nice, ya from my experience with tortoni and how totes first run went I was curtain there would have been much bigger buds throughout the competition. Obviously there are definite standouts. But ya there’s a lot of variation in technique etc. heres one of the colas of the #3 I grew. I’ll definitely be keen to try out the F2s

I have seen solid stems and hollow stems, could just be cultivars but I watched a podcast and an agronomist commented on it, and he said somewhere along the line nutritional integrity is being lost and the plants growth is being hindered. For cannabis specifically. Not sure how true this is though. But it kind of makes sense.
