I have heard that coco is Calcium deficient and will first absorb a certain amount of Calcium, before there is any available to your plants, but not yet about the LED, and only know that LEDs usually will give you purple stems.

They looking good fam, I'd say the filter will quieten down the outlet side of the exit pipe, but possibly make the fan run harder and in doing so, the internal noise or drone will or might be more.
