You could even hang that UFO over the heater style fan, at a 15 to 20deg angle and use it close as side lighting and get under those fans leaves to get the bud sites below. Just a thought

Maybe just check with the guy here who have that fan, and if its silent or has a noise you can live with... I've got a TD silent, 100mm and it is hardly noticeable at all. But I need bigger soon.

I dont know about stress, that is something you stay away from with regards to flowering, other than training, which I feel is different to what you are asking. You can push the plant into flowering, by making it 12/12 light to dark, or post a pic of the plant, close up of the area you edited yellow, so we can see again. I cant tell from the first pictures. With a pH pen you want to keep the bulb on any of them wet, with storage solution, or they will dry and you will have issues with calibration later on, no matter the money spent on them, its simple.
