1000HILLS Nursery 2020 Project 1
The_StonedTrooper replied to 1000Hills Nursery's topic in Breeders's Forum
I was actually thinking about doing a SCROG Then realised too that for me I move and water and so on, and couldnt imagine what youd have to deal with all woven through the netting, and hit one plant a hermie, or even WPM. Then fighting to get that one plant out there. Tent with all the way around access might work for watering but then you still suffer from hermie or WPM outbreak Added, also strain depending on stretch, and then arrange accordingly, so I can hang my light at an angle over the uneven canopy. -
1000HILLS Nursery 2020 Project 1

I took a clone on Sunday of the K-2 from Nirvana, and it was full of roots sticking out the rockwool in 4 days, and I take it the heat mat and thermostat was the reason for this. Normally they take 7 to 14 days from previous experience, with heat mat on manually and off manually. As mentioned by @Dank you want to clean all tools and surfaces with alcohol and the cutting must go straight into water till you get them in the gel or rockwool, pellet or medium. -
Possibly the watering, over watering, and lack of new fresh air, with co2. All could have caused the plant to stunt it's growing and the roots needing to bounce back afterwards before growing on top again. You doing great Sister, keep it up and looking good there

Yes, the VS has them 1800 They not bad looking Added, Anyone seen this Vape...

Good question actually, got some homework to do as I'd only be speculating at this point. Key for me is warranty and battery replacement. Have used a Mighty long long time ago, but the cost for the plastic feel, wasn't doing much for me and battery wasn't that great.
-
She was thirsty Wait a week longer before adding molasses, you got this brother.
-
Oh yes, definitely will do that when I can afford to again, I badly want one too. I did see the 10 year warranty and was one of the main reasons I'd go for it, so many pluses there. Was it a convection, thought it said conductive? Out of those three, it and the Pax only with 10 years.

Thanks @PsyCLown That IQ2 does look really nice, with ceramic and replacereplacement batteries available.

I feel the biggest mistake anyone in any profession or field could make, is thinking they know everything. Myself, I'm learning each and every day still. We have to be open to new things or views and challenge ourselves every day too, how else do we essentially grow, pun intended. Coot was disliked at first, and all those who disagreed, now follow closely, it's all how you want to grow, or can, and what works for you, in your environment.

His plants are solid, and see he is using a food you have made up, looks very interesting. That light, his LECA pebbles and your mix, he is going to rock the socks of this grow. Plus our "420sa" priceless advice and guidance
-
Take your time bro, no rush, feel it out and get the hang of the plant, you'll be doing yourself proud very soon.

Just for interest sake, It's been a stable of Coot, Mendo Dope boys, all of Mendo grow family, and most of the followers of Coot, to use Neem. They use it, for the Chitin it releases and therefore makes the plant thinks its under attack, and because it's not been attacked, it grow like on steroid's. Here in SA, we are limited and dont have it, but can import at a cost your Neem meal... So, for us, we have and can use, the very same Insect frass that Organic matter use in their own soil, which is what I use making mine up too, and it will release the Chitin, while not been a threat, whether you believe it not, to your Microbes. I come in peace✌

I dont trust those moisture monitors, they have been known to be a little out. You also dont want to put them at the bottom, as the soil will be wet there but dry on top and that medium is definitely dry at the seedling base and roots. You dont need to water the whole pot yet, just at the seedling area and base, but slowly watering wider as times goes, for the roots to search out the water, but not yet or your medium wont dry out below and you'll have to water the top and it can cause overwatering issues.

Awe, so if one is looking for a decent vape, Criteria are as follows, in order of importance Hand held Functionality Battery Best effect / pull / vape. Which would be your go to? The Dynavap is probably best, if you dont mind carrying a lighter blower with you or at home. Then the Buddha like Evan has or the Volc

From my point of view, I see what happened the other day to me, the seedling laying over, and was due to dry medium, in my case the rockwool block inside the soil was dry and the soil wet, and roots not in the soil yet properly. Your medium looks super dry for a coco based mix, and wilting from being dry or thirsty. If all of ot is coco, then my understanding is it's way past dry, and needs water badly to fix the bending seedling. But I can be wrong though.

Slow down, I agreed with you, he is a legend and fully agree with all his methods, most of my grow style is from him... He has caused such a stir in the community about this too, and I follow him religiously. There is some fact to the Neem being harmful, it's not my belief and just an understanding, from the scientific research done, and he himself has said before, though they out way the bad which is why he still uses it. I myself have also been trying to source it... Who's an internet troll?
-
Omw, I do, dont I Not to excuse myself, though my mind is super active and partly ADHD, so when I think of something I normally ask the question, then think afterwards, maybe not the best place or time, or even question sometimes to ask. I dont do it on purpose
-
My apologies for jumping on your sale thread @Delicious I realised after it was rude, and didnt even realise it, and wasn't at all in bad jest.
-
What a legend, Neem is good though it can harm the Microbes, though the benefits are good. I've also looked into importing it, but feel it wouldn't be work it and get the same out of insect frass for the pest control and then the Microbes are happier.

Dont know what you talking about officer Sweet grow so far brother, and good progress

It's a copy of these... Then last picture is a cheaper version sold at Walmart lol Added, rephrase that, not a copy, that would imply it was made similar or the same, and that could not be further from the truth.
