I agree Reaf! Harvest it!

You will no doubt be arrested and charged. Get a good lawyer if you can afford it.

Looking good @Heisenberg I don't see how your batch of soil will be much different to mine considering that we both collected on the same day but I will give it another week before I make a decision to stop cooking my mix. :thumbups

Tygerburger reported that another grow house was raided yesterday in Tableview. Every time I read about a raid I think about the members of this group. I hope you are all as safe as can be.

Can you send me the link? I checked now but I could only find someone selling 2 for R1000.00 each -
@420SA How long have you been using JGS mix and what kind of issues are you experiencing with it now?

Noted Reaf! I'm working on a solution. I have a water air cooler that I can add ice to that will help keep temps down but I'm still thinking of extra alternatives. -

10 September 2015 – 10:00I did my usual watering with 5.5ph’d Nutrients A & B, Hydro Fungicide & Amino Acids. The orphan with the air pump is doing really well still. I have removed the air pump from the orphan. I transferred 3 of the plants in the Styrofoam cups to a slightly bigger pot and connected the air pump that I used for the orphan previously. There are only 2 plants now in the 350ml Styrofoam cups. I will transfer them soon. -
The inside of the pc is wrapped in foil. So the only light that would ever enter, is throw the rear exhaust fan. But, the pc is also underneath my desk to camouflage as a normal working pc. So the amount of light eventually reading the plant is so minimal. Unfortunately the minimal light will not allow your plants to flower. It needs total darkness for full flowering to be achieved.

@Heisenberg How are you going to prevent any light coming into your pc grow box when your lights are suppose to be off? OR do you plan on putting it in a dark area?

I also bought 50L last week Friday from Jamie! He actually advised me that I don't need to cook the soil mix BUT according to Toby's previous post in "So it begins - Feb 2015" his plants fried after transferring his to JGS Orgasoilux mix. Best would be to confirm with Toby exactly how long it took before the plants started showing signs of being over-cooked and what he did to recover it. Check out @Toby 's post here: http://www.420sa.co.za/index.php/topic,341.45.html Thanx, il read up about it. I suppose theres not much I can do now hey... Like @Toby mentioned earlier on my post. It's possible that Jamie adjusted his recipe for the soil. That's why he told me its not necessary to cook it. I'm already feeling optimistic now that your seeds have germinated in your JGS mix. I will be watching your grow for the first 2 weeks with interest. In the meanwhile I will continue to cook, wait and see.

I would suggest check with Jamie about the batch in question. I know he has made various batches and my batch specific was very heavy in lime. As a result of no cooking due to inexperience and lack of knowledge, I placed in my babies in this uncooked soil, as a result they got screwed, excuse the pun. Jamie did give me some aact to help with the settling of the soil. It took a few doses and I managed to save 2, 1 unfortunately died, the stress was most probably to much. :'( What I did. I was fearing the worst, having babied my little ones from seed and experiencing its own set of ball aches, I was determined not to lose them. Took cuttings from all of them, as backup. All of this obviously threw a major spanner in the works to my timeline and schedule. Those cuttings are currently in flower. When in doubt take cuttings, lol I will admit at the time, it wasn't cool at all. BUT did I not go through all those testing times I would not have gained that experience which is priceless IMO. My best advice, dont let bad experiences get you down. Use it as an opportunity to learn, if you fail, you know you wont make the same mistake again. Big plus is 420SA and all its members to help you along the way. Happy growing. Jamie advised me that its not necessary to cook, so it could be that he adjusted the recipe. I will be watching @Heisenberg's PC grow with great interest because we both bought Orgasoilux on the same day. If his seedlings survive for 2 weeks then I will start potting up immediately.
