10/01/2017 Day 20: DP showing first signs of deficiency. No need to panic. It looks like magnesium deficiency. Correct me if I wrong please. I will add some Calmag with her next feeding.

I'm still having issues with moving the cursor out of the quote box. Sometimes the down arrow key works sometimes the right arrow key works but never consistent. What browser do you use SSA? Same issue on my end, using Chrome. Edge & Explorer

First time grow....Autoflowering Cheese-Feminized.
Sacred Seeds replied to Deebo420's topic in Grow Diaries
@Deebo420 We've had some hectic gale force winds in Cape Town recently. Make sure your seedlings are safe from the Cape Doctor. -
Having said that, I have no problem supporting local growers with new stable strains. :thumbups

I've learnt that its better and cheaper to order directly from international seed banks. :-2cents

First time grow....Autoflowering Cheese-Feminized.
Sacred Seeds replied to Deebo420's topic in Grow Diaries
@Deebo420 Those pots seem bit small. What size is that? If you transplant your Autoflower any time after the seed germinates, it might cause some shock which will have a negative effect on overall size of your plant and flower production. -
10/01/2017 Day 16: DP looking healthy after her nutrient feeding last night!
-
Are you sure she was underwatered SSA? She looks a bit overwatered to me... was the pot very light before you watered? Have the leaves propped up since watering? She's looks ready to be fed as well so good move on the feed :thumbups Definitely under watered, she was featherlight! Remember over and under watering has the same symptoms of droopy leaves
-
09/01/2017 DP was a bit under-watered and the leaves started drooping slightly. Third set of leaves are out. Gave DP her first nutrients at 5.59PH (Micro/Grow/Bloom 0.6ml/2L) mixed with de-chlorinated water. She's 11cm tall.

How to make a carbon filter air scrubber?
Sacred Seeds replied to CannabisKid's topic in DIY Central
@CannabisKid Wow! Your Carbon Scrubber looks fantastic!!! Where will the grow box be placed? -
I'm really glad I aborted all growth with my JGS mix. Since I germinated my Lazy PC, she's taken her own sweet time ( 4 days) popping thru the coco to reach for light and even now she's moving reeaaaallllly slowly. @Heisenberg ...and now my PC seed just stopped growing shortly after popping thru the coco.
-
05/01/2017 Second set of leaves are out. Gave DP first light watering with tap water since transferring her to Coco.
-
Update on PC: My Pineapple Chunk seed germinated and just stopped growing after breaking thru the coco, I will be reporting that to Bonza.
-
Nice to hear @Oracle I'm growing indoors so I wouldn't be able to get that height but I'm sure that I will have to control her growth as she's already feisty since germinating!

How to make a carbon filter air scrubber?
Sacred Seeds replied to CannabisKid's topic in DIY Central
@CannabisKid Here is another link to help with your DIY Carbon Scrubber. http://www.420sa.co.za/index.php/topic,542.msg5039.html#new A smaller version would work well... -
Use an Autopot system which utilises the patented aquavalve which will only feed your plant when required. I actually have one but I have to look for it in-between boxes of my last move.

Yo man! Sorry for the delayed response.. Grow is going a bit scary, beginning of Week 4 now, but at the beginning of week 3 quite a few leaves started dying. It couldve been many factors, they seem to be recovering now and new leaves are still coming out. At first i thought I couldve been overwatering, so i let the medium dry out a bit and gave it a good water again with 1/4 grow nutes. and now I wait longer periods before watering. Was doing light watering every 2nd day with a spray bottle, now i do about every 3rd but without the spray bottle and I give it enough so it runs through a little bit now. It couldve also been the lights hanging too close, but they were a good 60cm in veg light cycle. I raised them by another 10cm about. I have also switched to the full flower spectrum now on a 12/12 cycle, still havent added the co2 mix as Im scared it might explode with my luck. The last thing it couldve been was accidentally getting some drops on the leaves while watering them with the spray. I dunno, maybe someone can identify the problem better here, I'll try adding some pics of them tonight but Im almost too embarrassed to show them :'( With them being Autos im scared I mightve stunted their growth a bit now, but lets see. Either way im learning and its still fun Don't be afraid to post your pics, I made my fair share of errors with my Easy Ryder Autoflower but I learned a lot, that's most important!

First time grow....Autoflowering Cheese-Feminized.
Sacred Seeds replied to Deebo420's topic in Grow Diaries
I recently completed an Easy Ryder Autoflower. Try planting your seed directly into the final pot because Autoflowers don't have time to recover from shock. I planted mine directly into her final pot but I had some different issues. You will be able to get maximum yield imo if you grow your autoflower in coco outdoors, especially this time of the year. You can either use Nutriplex or the Biobizz range as nutrients. I don't have experience with any other nutrients. -
Soil Dosage: 1ml per plant, but not more than 25ml per m2. Dilute up to 250ml water and apply to soil around plant or just after transplanting. Foliar Spray: Dilute 1 part Kelpak to 500 parts water (eg 10ml in 5L water). Spray plant at 3 – 4 weekly intervals. Directions: Shake well before use. Apply in the early morning or late afternoon. Use as supplement to normal fertilising programmes. Source: https://hydroponic.co.za/hydroponics/kelpak/

30cm is little at the rate she's growing. When do you intend to start flowering?
