Three branches per node.

Yeah, now that you mention it. Seed is from my last outdoor. That plants roots pushed it's way through the pot about 500mm into the ground and 7 instead of the usual 5 leaf and was bushy as hell. The indoor grow i didn't notice anything as I was topping, fimming you name it. Newbie first indoor before I found the forum. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -
Day 4. Seed #2 has finally popped it's head above ground, it is looking pretty weird though. Almost like there's a membrane of sorts. #1 and #3 are chomping at the bits. I am giving very small amounts of water using a kitchen spray bottle on direct spray setting. Hoping for females now and thinking if I should do some sort of training when the time is right. So, to train or not to train bud's? If I should train what would be a good method for a novice? Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Was thinking along the lines of 3 for the price of 2 special. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -

Thanks, not a bad mutation I hope. What sort of simple training would you recommend? Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -
Hey there bud's. Anyone come across this before. I have 3 branches instead of the usual 2 at the nodes of my Jack Berry. If you look at the base there are 3 leaves as well. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

I'm just putting it down to a 100w. The plants will be moved outside most of the time. Gives me time to save for the next QB75 one buck at a time.[emoji36] Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Day 2. Opened the cabinet round 6am and #1 was trying to push it's way out. Checked again at 5pm and #1 and #3 have sprouted. To be honest, I was expecting #3 to be a problem as when it germinated it looked a bit funny. Seed cracked open completely and the tail was very small. Haven't given any more water since I put the seeds in soil and put domes over them. Here's hoping for females next. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Anyone interested in stabilising this strain?
West Coast Vaper replied to TheUltimateNoob's topic in Breeding
That's what I've been thinking. I'm always gonna have the space and patience to try. But if you look at some of the comments is it worth trying with half decent seeds. And a big sorry to the hijack of the thread. I'll try to behave [emoji6] Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -

Thanks@Bos. So you basically grow, take the male and female that show good growth and strong DP traits from the batch, put them together, make seeds then start over again next season if doing it outdoors. And by doing this year after year do you end up with an original strain. The guy seeds originated from is pretty serious about his game. Trying to get hold of the dude but the name Male Piet says it all. The plants that are eliminated do you still let them flower. I've got the space. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -
11/9/2020. Day 1. I'm gonna be using days instead of date from here going forward. 3 seeds into 10l pots and I put a dome over them. Not sure if this is the correct thing to do but I'll be monitoring them. Had to put the light off to take the cabinet pic, just in case you all think I got a regular light bulb in there. QB75 is 500mm above plant. Blurple is 400mm above plant. I'll have to figure out correct heights, open to suggestions here bud's. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Finally after a few minor logistical problems and you know, life, I am ready to embark on my second indoor grow journey courtesy of @Bay Seeds. Thanks bud. Grow setup: 6 x Glamberry from @Bay Seeds. 1m x 1m x 1.6m cabinet from @Wife's Shelving Unit's. She's still a bit peeved. 1 x QB75 bar from @growopz. 1 x 300w no name Chinese blurple, after investigation probably 100w gifted by a friend. Soil. 50/50 Just Cannabis and specially made soil for propagation mixed together, perlite, vermiculite and coir added. Soil into 10l pots, watered and left to dry out again. I'll be planting 3 now and the other 3 in 2-4 weeks time depending on the growth rate. I may have another light by then that above friend wants me to compare. He has a few on the way from China. Hey, if I can score a light I'm sure it will do as a veg light instead of CFLs Grow plan: I have rigged the lights so that I can put 2 plants under the QB75 and 1 plant under the blurple. I will be rotating the pots in their respective places so that the plants can benefit from the overlapping light. Then of course as much light as possible from the greatest light supplier out there, Mother Nature. I'm curious to see the difference in growth under the 2 lights. No two plants are the same and if they spending most of time outside, I don't know. 8/9/2020 07H30 - 3 Glamberry seeds into paper towel. 10/9/2020 Checked this morning round 6ish and 1 had a tail. What's the right terminology here bud's? 5pm all 3 were wagging their tails, seed #1 about 10mm. Can see myself naming these girls, gotta be optimistic guys. I'll be putting them into pots during the course of tomorrow at this rate. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Hey there bud's. I take the cardboard roll from toilet paper, snip to preferred size, compact wet coir into it then let it dry, put it into the soil of my final pot and pop a seed into it. I'm always looking for ways of saving cash that I don't have anyway. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

If you look back to the time of Pagans pre christianity, sowing and harvesting all happened around various stages of the moon. There weren't calendars to tell you what to do or apps for reminders. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Hey buds. How does this strain hunting work. I'll be moving 34 DP, gave 4 away today, outdoors the next couple of days. Been thinking how do you make a mother plant, is it male or female, do you need both. If it is the real stuff I was given the seed came from a hydro grower, seed grown outdoor by a friend ( no experience, just a plant growing in the garden ), plant flowered and he gave me some smoke and seeds. I would like to look into this a bit more as I have the space and the DamDave moment seedlings. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -
Advice for a second grow attempt

Thanks for the heads up. Been thinking about flower food. I'll be starting the @Bay Seeds grow shortly. Got a few Durban Poison getting ready to move outdoors first to clear the cabinet. Thread starting in a day or two, plenty of questions, suggestions and what the fuck is that dude doing moments APPEARING ON A SCREEN NEAR YOU. Keep you dudes posted [emoji109] Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -
Hey thanks bud. I've got the QB75 bar in the flower 1m x1m cabinet, eventually I want 3 or 4 of them in there. This no name light was thinking of veg only in the long term. Considered putting it with the QB75 but won't I end up with an uneven grow unless I constantly rotate the plants. Which will not be a problem as I won't be using any specific grow training. I'll be starting @Bay Seeds test grow and wanting to get optimal light in the flower cabinet. I'll be putting 2 in the cabinet. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

So this pumps out 100w and uses 130w from the plug, is that correct. Only good for veg. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Hey all. Got this from a friend and wondering if it's worth while replacing my 200w worth of cfl's with it. Is there any way of checking the true wattage for idiots without a meter. Without me burning the reservation down please [emoji16] Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk

Advice for a second grow attempt
West Coast Vaper replied to zolrooker's topic in Starting Your Own Grow
I've got access to a soil specially made for veld and fynbos propagation and seedlings. My first grow seemed to be ok in that soil what with me not knowing what I was doing. Only thing I added was water. To make my soil stretch l have bought a bag of just cannabis soil, coir, perlite and vermiculite. Mixing 1 bag my soil, 1 bag craft soil and the extras. Gonna run a test on that and look into food of a sort for the various growth stages. Open to suggestions. Sent from my DRA-LX5 using Tapatalk -

Yeeeah! You know. Bag seed from a buddy who got it from another buddy of ours who does hydro. Germinated 4 and FCUK all happened. Had a Dammit Dave moment and chucked the rest of the bag in paper towel. Ta Da. So yeah, looks like farm. Gonna have to put a few directly into the ground as I can't keep up with the soil.
