  1. Shot @Chris Jay. Looking forward to going down this rabbit hole!
  2. Micropropagation is super effective in a lab environment. Without that environment it comes with a plethora of issues. Before media you need to have all the required equipment... How far are you with getting these items? What have you got right now? I have tried in a SAB but I only grew contams. I've also tried with a flow hood in a "clean room with some success, but it wasn't worth the effort other than trying something new.
  3. My first crack at a New York styled cheese cake. I substituted a percentage of the recipes butter component with Dos-Si-Dos33(Barneys farm) cannabutter. Verdict: Gives you moderate effect. Tastes the bomb!.
  4. This number came across my desktop earlier. Still singing the chorus... And it's a cool running's...
  5. Super Silver haze interests me because of the line breeding that you have started. Do you have plans for line breeding it further?
  6. My experience was that the lst work is never over. It's a daily affair because the plants move quickly
  7. As long as it can drain, any bag will work.
  8. We were supposed to burn for the first time in 2020, but unfortunately Rona dashed them plans.
  9. No problemo. I love to share beats where i can.
  10. I have been breeding ornamental flowering species, Clivia in particular for the last 12years. My mantra has ALWAYS been, start with the best you can afford. Buy fewer better quality plants/crosses for higher likely hood of hitting that genetic combination for desirable outcomes. Using this methodology fits to any breeding programs, be it dogs, cats, Kudu you name it. So yes, odds are dramatically improved because our local breeders are starting with top shelf parent plants released by breeders with a long heritage in the industry. This is not the end of it though, it also comes down to the breeders ability to weed[lol] out the desirable phenotypes to move forward with. That ability is only really developed by spending loads of the seriously passionate breeders time. I will be supporting the local cats in future for sure.
  11. Hey @Prom thanks for the pic's dude, they offer everything need. Muchos Dank-ies.
  12. Dude! Thanks for your assistance, I appreciate your time. Guess there is a second fan my future.
  13. Thank you for your reply @PsyCLown the plastic tray on the floor I got from GTHydro. It was quite dear, but worth it for the long run. The fan runs a 6inch duct into the top of tent. The larger ducting on the bottom left is 150mm which I want to function as the exhaust. The plan was positive pressure to do this ,but i'm not sure if this will work. Do I need to add a fan the to the exhaust? This space also has a 110mm hole at knee height that can be use to push "used air" out of the space to the outdoors. Thanks Again.
  14. I realise now that I could use with some advice please. This is where I'm at.. 1) fan with filter and silencer. 2) through the wall into top of tent. 3) exhaust Duct 20cm(or there about) into garage. Or I've put a 110mm hole through the wall at knee height. The original plan was to use a smaller duct to exhaust straight out of the space...But, I don't think the 110mm Duct can handle the amount of air the fan is pumping in even on its lowest setting. 4) I'm trying to make it super tidy in a less is more way. Lol. ___________ I've not bought any of the equipment in these images, so I've got budget should I need a second fan. As above and always, your advise, crit, opinion and guidance is always appreciated.
  15. I don't think I can do this with my 1m² tent. I've upgraded to a HIT Centrifugal fan blasting fresh air in from outside, and using the positive pressure to exhaust(also outside). should I be considering a second HIT fan for the exhaust?
  16. Ez 420SA crew. I have the below unit which I purchased last year. I used for this last auto grow which turned out okay, but there is room for improvement. On the whole this unit seems a little flimsy and I'm not sure if it is accurate . Is there any way to test its accuracy? I have some super fire genes coming from the some friends in the USA, so for the the next two months I am going on a mission to get my tent dialed in to perfect parameters for the cultivation of these wonderful plants. I don't have an issue spending some tin(within reason), provided it is going to further me on my quest for the perfect environment. What are you using in your tents? What product would you spend on if you had the means?
