Your medium is the foundation of your grow. Start with kak, and it will end with kak. I use Freedom Farms Formula One. I've also used their Classic before, but switched because I prefer using salts. The guys at FF put a lot of pride into their work and it shows. Rather pay that little bit extra.

I'm pretty confident most phenos will be done in 10 from seed and 9 from clone. Only time will tell though. There will for sure be at least 1 pheno that will go a bit longer.

3 weeks from flip. Trichome development will start in earnest at about 5 weeks, and then they will continue to pack on the resin right up until harves. Both parents have this trait. Same with the weight. They will kick into high gear at around 5 weeks and continue to pack it on right until the end.

Taller pheno of OSG Cheese at 6 days from flip. Currently it has a sour candy smell. That will probably change. The shorter pheno I have is more earthy.

Double Krush from seed is 10 weeks, and same for most Pineapple Fields will be 11 weeks although there is one pheno done in 9 weeks. For Pineapple Chem 10 weeks should get the job done.

NikNak or Cheese Curls is a fucken winner! That is the smell. I've only ever smoked one cheese that had that salty cheese curls thing going on. Awesome!

First I would need to take pics and will only be at the grow from about 17h30 tonight. I will do that and post pics tomorrow. Not much to see at the moment though as only flipped them 6 days ago. I have a tall pheno and short pheno. Both look promising but so far I'm liking the taller pheno. She kind of reminds me of a Sour Diesel x Big Buddha Cheese I grew out many years ago.

I've selected a new male from the F1 seeds. Surprisingly most smell of gas. I chose a male with a candy smell.

12 days of 12/12 They all seem to be leaning to the pineapple side, which means they will start to pack on the bud from week 5. Pineapple Fields is slow to start but finishes strong.

Ah... I see you frequent a familiar spot in Gauteng. Nice! I won't lie... I did make an exception for 1 customer who just wanted 2 packs for a pheno hunt. He paid R1200 for both packs.

Another 7 packs going out today. This is far exceeding my best expectations. Just 9 packs left guys. If you want a pack, you have to act fast. I don't think they will last the week, and I would love to see some of you guys growing them out here on the forum.

Thanks Farmer Brown! I'm having great fun with this. We are currently pheno hunting for something special. We will find it for sure. Once that is done, we will work the line and cross back to the mother. The F1 seeds I have will soon be made available as free seeds on the site. If I ever need new testers I will keep you in mind bud.

Pineapple Chem day 3 of 12/12 They are currently drinking 3L a day. That is impressive in 10L pots. They get fed twice a day.

This is an unknown clone that made it into my room. It is mislabeled but I suspect it is Lost Coast OG or some type of chemdog cross. Here she is at 8 weeks

They are developing beautifully, and the tester is really impressed with their vigour. They have already been cut back. They will be flipped in about 10 days.
