The Lazy Auto grow - 2nd auto attempt outdoors
TheLazyFisherman replied to TheLazyFisherman's topic in Grow Diaries
The Fastbuds Zkittlez auto went full into flower about 5 weeks yes with lights out only during loadshedding. The Bulkseeds white prussian auto stayed in veg probably 7 weeks, once i moved outdoors it went into flower very quickly but towards the end we were in December i saw signs of revegging. I think you right on being early releases. I have 1 white prussian seed left. You never know -

She's so short that i had to trim the bottom leaves to prevent them touching the coco and side of the pot. i haven't fed her yet other than initial Talborne pellets. -
The Lazy Auto grow - 2nd auto attempt outdoors
TheLazyFisherman replied to TheLazyFisherman's topic in Grow Diaries
Update. Since its not a proper auto i experimented a bit. Fimmed her, topped main grow tip 4 days later. All while still in the tent. Transferred her outdoors yesterday and looking happy. No pistils showing yet. -
Reputable local seedbanks 2022/2023

GSR coming through for me -
Autos are not that difficult to grow....its just any serious mistakes you make early will deminish yield and mistakes later will effect potency. I made 1 big mistake with my first auto grow and had ph lockout mid/late flower and couldn't get the ph to recover and still came out okish. I did exactly what Totemic suggests...everything stays on and they only sleep when loadshedding. I leave the tent open when I'm not home so humidity doesn't build up. The only potentially self inflicted issues I see a novice like myself can make is messing up is the soil you plant in, fertilizers and or ph issues. If you know the basics you will do ok. Treat your first seed or two as school fees lol...im doing this with my gifted k@k genetics auto seeds.... My Zkittlez would have turned out much better if I did this. Stay away from Bulkseeds autos

Reputable local seedbanks 2022/2023
TheLazyFisherman replied to TheLazyFisherman's topic in Seed Banks & Seed Shops
Weird. I'm looking at their OG kush... Says mostly sativa... that's wrong if I recall correctly -
It's mostly organic hormones... That's where the skills come... Brewing it. I can vorch for it's purpose...even though I had ph lockout issues I had a very good harvest with my first auto harvest weight-wise

please help me do this cloning right first time
TheLazyFisherman replied to GreenGalaxyFarm's topic in Cloning & Propagation
Not necessarily. Feed the clones once and foliar same time. Foliar is so it can just get a head start while the clones uptake from the roots -

Thanks for letting me know What other option do I have? or should I just stick to worm casting for microbes? -

Self pollinating with STS to get seeds -
So at it again. This time I'm going extra lazy. Will be starting in the tent and transferring it outdoors once established. So seed is planted directly in the pot/soil already. FF coco perl 70/30 + 25% worm castings (I wont ever use FF amended soils again due to ph issues) Biodyne 401 + Biobizz Activera ( just in the beginning to get microbial life and breakdown process going and maybe after heavy rain) Talbourne Vita grow (might add Talbourne flower or a PK boost of some sorts)

The Lazy grow - first auto grow
TheLazyFisherman replied to TheLazyFisherman's topic in Grow Diaries
So dried and trimmed weight is 81g, Not bad for my first auto run. I must say though, the ph lockout did have a knock on effect on the potency and terps...but it's still strong enough to get me properly goofed. Starting a outdoor run with white prussian again but not going to use FF seedling starter mix as its ph buffered. The rain water ph neutrality caused the previous outdoor Prussian soil to also go over ph8 runoff. From now on, I will only use FF clean coco and perlite and amend it as it's not ph buffered My next indoor run I will be selfing an auto, why should I pay seedbanks alot of money for seeds? -

Works very well. The melamine acts as a umbrella so the salt doesn't get washed away by rain. Use course salt and initially lightly spray the salt with water and when it drys it will make a solid cake -

Prussian. Under the melamine is a salt trap as our area has snail issues -

Hwzit bru. Boland is no joke heat wise in summer, as you know no indoor during summer unless your aircon runs 24/7
