Funny thing is that i added D earth to my home made super soil and the gnats are everywhere. Just gonna continue with things and monitor. If i see any negative effect on my plants the shit's gonna fly. Luckily these creatures has a short life span so will see. Thrips is probably worse so it is what it is for now.

Let's make Western Cape great again!

Curious to see how the JH's turn out! One of my all time favourite strains to grow.

Ey you should cross a Dr. Grinspoon or Frisian Duck with the Freakshow. Now that will be a freakshow of note!

Green Crack Clone(Humboldt) from Greensmokeroom en route as soon as she rooted. Fully amped for this one for this will be my first purchased clone. Also germinated a White Afghan Skunk that was gifted to me from @John Stonedwell and some Durban Poison seeds gifted from @Pants . Thanks guys. You are legends! Yewww!

Fuck them bru. There's a lot of other seedbank to choose from that deserve the business. If a oke can't be bothered to reply he clearly doesn't give a shit about retaining a client base. Support those that deserve the support i say

Thanks @SkunkPharm for sharing. What an interesting and informative watch. Will definitely try out this method and compare. Bless

Can't wait to watch this full video. Watched the beginning and it is very interesting to hear about the part where he mentioned the inner lining of the fabric pot that prevents the sides from becoming hydrophobic. I was led to believe that fabric pots create the optimal environment for roots and soil health and this is the same fabric pots that everyone uses (without the inner lining). Is he trying to punt his fabric pot "system" or are the fabric pots that we know actually flawed..? Lots of controversial methods being used here eg. gravel at the bottom of the pot etc.

Howzit fellow growers. I just prepped my super soil and covered with a mulch layer for season. When i lift the mulch layer there are hundreds of tiny black winged insects that look like gnats but smaller. All my pots are infested with these bastards. Is it something that i have to worry about or do i just let them be? I tried Margeret Roberts organic incestide but doesn't seem to help much. Please advise. Thanks

I see that GSR sells Regular Rooibaard seeds. Wonder if it is the real deal? Does anybody really know what the real deal actually is..?? I'm ordering some just in case haha.

So no drainage holes in the black totes?

Ja no i fully agree with your inputs and appreciate the feedback. Subcool was a full on guru but also an all-over-the-place stoner (meant with all respect) hence the loud tunes in the background while attempting to share valuable info haha! Interesting statements nevertheless... Thanks brothers. That's what makes this forum so special. To be educated by those that put in the hard graft and being able to share with fellow growers. Howzit man...Mcman! Previous grows i used 20L fabric pots which provided me with just shy of 6ft plants. This time round i got a Maxigrow 100L from Organics Matter and it is lekker sizey! Made my own supersoil from Subcool's Super Soil recipe inspired and added some extras. It's been cooking under a tarp for 2 months with bi-weekly tilling and put in their containers today with some cover crop and Alfalfa mulch. Will germinate seeds soon and planning on transplanting around October. The grow bed took about 200L soil. The plan is to selectively grow Durban Poison(GSR) and a White Afghan Skunk, gifted to me by @John Stonedwell. Maybe a RQS Critical will also get a spot.

Nice one. Do you drill holes in those compost totes or leave em as is?

I will be joining you brother

@Totemic would love to hear your feedback on the clip if possible?

I see this becoming a back and forth. Will rather remove. I would suggest taking a look the referred link that i got this from. this wasn't from my personal experience. Just a piece of advise that i found very interesting. How much weight it carries is up for debate. I'd rather step back and leave it up to those with experience.

Probably should've said "first to flower" instead of dominant.
