Cannabis Legalisation
Weskush replied to GandalfTheGreen's topic in Cannabis Legalisation & Activism
At the end of the day it is still up to law enforcement to use their own discretion on deciding if a grow is for personal use or qualify as suspected dealing...most cases end up being thrown out in court after numerous unnecessary procedures. Boils down to misinformed/uninformed/corrupt officials and/or abuse of authoritative positions. -

Eg. crossing a F3 with a F3? But doesn't that result in a F4? Sorry to hi-jack your thread @GreenGrow Garden Route
-
So to get this right. I'm new to breeding and tried a couple of crosses which went fairly well. Not a ton of seeds but enough to work with. F1 is the result of the first cross between two different strains. F2 is crossing the F1's and F3 is crossing the F2's with each other? What is back crossing then? And F3 is more stable than F2 and F1 and so forth? I know this has been discussed before but can't find the thread.

The strains that i've grown from Motherland all impressed me. 100% germination rate and strong, vigorous growth, even in autumn outdoors. Their Banana Kush was a very easy strain to grow and yield was impressive. The only cross/colab that i've tried was the Bush Cake and also solid genetics. Both were grown in Winter and performed really well despite the cold temps and rain. This season their true potential will be tested.

Wysheid #1: Cinnamon powder to ward off those pesky gnats and to aid in plant recovery in case of an open wound.
-
Well then. Fuck the system.
-
Thanks @DamDave that's what i'm talking about! Doesn't cinnamon have any negative effect on soil micro-biology?

That's some proper Frankenstein shit! It's aliiive!!

That's business. The big boys undercutting the small fry for market domination. Curious to see how this will unfold in the near future.
-
Will it be possible for the average joe to obtain a license to grow and supply to a eg. pharmacist? Will probably be a strict process and very pricey but will be a really nice business opportunity.
-
That's a first for me also. With the bark removed, the plant is suppose to die right?

Google "Subcool's Super Soil Recipe". His mixes are being used worldwide with great success. Just convert the recommended ratios to your situation and you should have a good grasp of things. Ideally you have to mix everything and then let it "cook" in a bin or under a tarp for at least 4-6 weeks for the soil to cool down etc. otherwise it will burn your plants kished. Adding the amendments on top of the soil is possible but proceed with caution. Bone meal will burn your plants if adding too much. The rest you can just mix together at the recommended ratios and top up your pot i guess. Biobizz feed once a week at recommended or half dose. Black strap molasses also occasionally. You can always add more but not remove. If you want to have a lekker outdoor grow, aim more towards end September when it warms up a bit and you'll also have a long enough grow window. Plants outdoors normally start flowering round January/Feb and you'll harvest March/April ideally before the cooler temps, less daylight hours and higher humidity.

Would love to compare them to the GSR DP that im planning to grow this season!

Hectic! Imagine how this baby would've beasted in a big fabric pot! Hope that you took a cutting..?

The Bush Cake male intended for pollination. Note the 3 fingered leaves.

Agree about the Green Crack. Very powerful. Same with Chocolope. Very strong and rushy from my experience.
-
You probably know this...Pour tap water in a bucket and let it sit for 24hours for the chlorine to evaporate...voila...nice, clean(er) water for your plants.
