@BigBudD Howzit bro. Ok i get u. I too am waiting for a ph pen and tds meter. Still a while to go. However chatting to a few of the members. A way around ph (not perfect or very accurate. But works) Leave the tap water to stand over 12-24 hours. So that chemicals evaporate. And then water gets abit better for the plants. Obviously i cant tell u how much better. But seems to work. I am currently doing this for watering (still in seedling stage) Or you could maybe go to a store. And get some bottled water to start off. As that will clearly indicate ph on the bottle. I know exactly how u feeling now about wanting to start when u have everything first. (Been there). However. Growing is a F*&#ing long process. Even germinating. So as advise. I suggest maybe get something going and started. While u wait for stuff to come in. Not sure what else u waiting for. But im sure all of us on the forum could advise u on ways around stuff untill it arrives. Just dont want u to lose and waste time waiting for shit. As waiting can be done while growing happens. As it is slow. Let us know and we shall help best we can.

Yo @CreX and @StickyD420 bright ass floodlight low on my balcony looks abit dodgy guys. Also temps fluctuate too much. Thats why i made that small grow box and to maximize on the light. Discreet. So warn sunshine during the day. And stable low 20 degree temps at night in the grow box with the light about 400mm away. I do have fans in the box to move shit around abit.

Howzit bro. Ok so roof is out. I do have a balcony i could grow on. About 10/11 hours of direct sunlight (moving them around). Then will supplement with the veg light for the rest of the time to make up 24 hours of light.

@CreX thanks brother. As always solid advide @StickyD420 been waiting too long for this 1st grow. forgetting is not an option. Ok so we got a game plan. Im gona carry it out best i can. However. The sun gets pretty dam hot for the seedling (directly that is) any suggestions?

Ok thanks guys. @Prom @StickyD420 Flower light not really on the cards right now. The 150w veg light is tried and tested by Crex. He uses 3 of them in his veg tent. So it should be ok. Not really expecting the dankest of buds. It is my first grow after all. Learn .improve. Learn improve For my first few grows. Focus is on get good grows with minimal issues. And u fairly successfull harvest. Flower lights are above 2k. So its gona be the sun for me for flowering. In terms of the nutez. I have biobizz . . . Gro. Bloom. Topmax. Hopefully that helps in terms of density. Potency and quality. So gona try out the 24 hour cycle for now. Seems like u guys think its a good 1. So starting indoor. Then moving out.

What up lovely people. So firstly. The did some investigating with seed 1 (banana monkey). Nothing was happening with the seed at all. Disapointing. But on we go. And then there was 1. My second girl broke through the surface a little while ago. . Removed the humidity dome. And just gona let her chill tonight. F#$% i waited a while for this shit. We at the party now. Lets get it onnn.

1st time grower. 1st auto. Got that 150w acdc light for the veg stage. 4 hours more . Not really gona make much of a diff on my pocket. So im cool with anything. What u feeling?

What up 420 Fam. Just a small update to keep the Diary going. So the Banana Monkey i germinated got potted on Sunday Morning(12-07-20). With the seed cracked open. Into the root plug and final pot. Sadly still nothing has broken through the soil. So just gona let it chill out for a while. During the week. I was feeling abit irratated. So i germed another auto. SWEET TOOTH. Tuesday (14-07-20) Seed felt better for some reason. Anyway. Same story shot glass. This time i did 24 hours. Then paper towel and plastic bag for 18 hours. Temps about 28/29 degrees. Awsome 15mm taproot shown this morning and she got potted. Put on a humidity dome. And popped her into the grow box. Lets hope its smooth sailing for now.
