You can have it at home, on your person and in your car without issue. What you are not able to do is use it in your car while driving on a public road. The judgement all revolves around privacy and not particularly weed itself. So basically to answer you in short, yes you can travel with it. Welcome, you'll need to find out from the seeds banks what they have in terms of high CBD. I personally have never run Auto only photo and FEMS but there are a few who have done so and hopefully they will chime in in due course. You plan on growing outdoors?
