Final dry weight after 7 days hanging - 541g 300g from the large WR alone! All bottled and starting to cure. Had a wee tester - had me glued in the corner of the couch using telepathy to discourage the mosquitoes Still tastes like shitty green wet bush though, hope the taste improves. Welcome 420Gardener. I just harvested my first grow and I love the control you have in DWC. 1800ppm would have my plants heading out the door, mine started complaining at anything over 550ppm! Hi narnia, I’ve been too sticky ALLLL weekend to reply[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Harvested Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights - knew is was going to be a lot of work, but FOK! My back is stuffed[emoji856] HUGE Thank You to my wife that sat helping me every night! Leaves didn’t really turn yellow, lower leaves turned slightly lighter green. I reckoned that a weeks flushing in DWC is sufficient and I had to harvest over a weekend. I will post some pics of the clothesline first chance I get. I weighed the wet bud to compare with dried weight - ended up with 2.7kg wet bud from the four plants (1.5kg from the large WR alone). What would you guys say the dried bud will weigh? Something I’ll do differently next time is trim the lower branches much more as I ended up with too much shitty little popcorn wannabe buds on the lower branches that took for EVER to trim. When this grow comes to fruition I will run a dedicated 4mm circuit to my grow room to cope with the load. ( There’s an aircon on the same circuit too[emoji15] ) FLUSHING!! - FINALLY!! I would appreciate any input as to do’s and don’ts for flushing, drying and curing. How long do you hydro gurus flush? Don’t want to fuck up more than 4 months of loving care and work by inadvertently doing something stupid [emoji52] Seriously looking forward to testing these frosty ladies! 9 Weeks in flower. My AK48 from Nirvana are at exactly 9 weeks today. Looking at the trichromes: 80% have started turning milky and I have the odd amber one here and there - going to start flushing today so my total flowering time will be around 10 weeks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did a bit of an upgrade with my lights - added another 2 x 400W HPS lights and moved all ballasts outside the tent. Day 57 of flower and things seem to be moving towards the end now, I guess another 2-3 weeks. My growing fire hazard [emoji23] Excellent coverage of all nooks and crannies. Ok, I’ve been a bit absent with work and haven’t posted for a while. Supposed to be 9 week strains, but it doesn’t look as if they are going to be ready in two weeks. My son is 13, this being my first grow and you cannot hide it from the people in your house, I included him in all my planning and growing. As to explaining it, I showed him various articles about the medical benefits and also compared it to alcohol as a recreational “drug”. He visits me in my grow room regularly and enjoys watching the girls grow. I believe we should educate our kids to the best of our ability about the positive AND negative aspects of this herb [emoji263]. Being able to trust your kid not to accidentally blow your cover is another matter. Being honest and open about my relationship with this plant and it’s properties with my son (that I’m very close to) proved rewarding and I have much less stress that he will try any drugs without consulting me first. Things are coming along nicely. Day 29 of flowering, there is a definite difference between my two WR girls - one is twice as tall as the other. Got them more or less happy at 500-550ppm and the AK48 at 450-500ppm with a PH 5.5-6.2. Started the dehumidifier yesterday to get the humidity to between 40-60% with the AC running fulltime. My one WR definitely has a bit more Sativa coursing through her veins than the other - started flowering at 40cm 18 days ago and now she's standing at a proud 110cm! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Still busy playing with nute concentrations up and down to find their happy place where the PH stays static. The AK48 is happy with less than the WR. WR drinking >5liters/day now
