Hey All,
So I dropped my beans on the 8th May into some damp tissue inside a container using plain ol tap water
I gave them 4 days inside the damp tissue ,the roots grew uniformly and were around 2cm when I transplanted them last night.
This is a picture of them this morning in plain coco peat, recovered and starting to enjoy the small 18w LED tube above.
The plan now is to wait for them to dry out and then only water from the bottom.I've had success with this in the past.My intention here it to force the roots to grow by limiting water.Keeping a young seedling consistently wet is the worse thing you can do,but obviously there is a fine balance
