Justin Hemp Posted October 22, 2017 Author Share Posted October 22, 2017 So I've taken about 75 in volume off the Vanilla and DC and about 50 % of Colas basically leaving the remaining 50% for another week or 10 days to see how things develop. The 2 CM remain untouched as they still have more white hairs and trichs still on the clear side. The group photo is still what needs to be harvested over the next 2 weeks I suspect. Justin Hemp Posted October 22, 2017 Author Share Posted October 22, 2017 For me was the use of a little pyrol and neem during flower for the mites, that along with dust and dead bugs and I believe the bud dry and cure faster and more evenly. It's my first time some we'll see how it tastes. I must mention the tricombs were not removed at all. Probably by this weekend I'll be able to weigh up things to get a approximate yield, I'm hoping for around 150 grams so let's see. Over and above that I decided to pay Jamie a visit and picked up a complimentary bag of his new soil among other thing, I'll be doing a side by side to compare the results, but that's for the next journal. Can't believe this journey we had is coming to its final conclusion, I have great hopes for the next round so here's holding thumbs. Justin Hemp Posted November 4, 2017 Author Share Posted November 4, 2017 Final update: Weighed up and a total of 163g dried. I'm super happy with that and should last me to the next harvest. Thinking about it that's close to 30k street value CM @ 56 grams Vanilla @ 51 grams DC @ 56 grams Smoke report : The CM has a fuel/spice tone to it, but not in a bad way. The sharp initial smell has really toned down which was a bit of a concern initially. Smoke was fairly smooth and should improve with the cure. High was great and a definite day time energetic high. The Vanilla is so sweet a nice tasty inhale which in not to bad on the smoothness, will once again improve as time goes by. This will be definitely one to bring out when having friends and family around lol...a great Euphoric happy high. The DC is my favourite right off the bat, that nice kush taste, awesome colours, great high that is on the brink of couch lock but not quite.
