Smeegol Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 I used to run a coffee shop ( Cafe' Nero ) in the uk, from what I understand it's about the the mixture which is water/ethanol mix which they are pressurizing through the group head espresso style and the heat of mixture coming through the coffee handle/group head is decarbing the canna-material and leaving you with the end product.
