Justin Hemp
Anyone use the 50 % Hydrogen peroxide for PM and how would I mix it ? ML/Litre? Sent from my ALE-L02 using Tapatalk
greenkush
20ml/500ml Edit: Its on the label lol 3ml/5l as its 50%, I'd rather get a 3-5% from the pharmacy and go 20ml to 1L, 50% is hardcore.
Justin Hemp
Okay, was thinking the label refers to Hydro use only Sent from my ALE-L02 using Tapatalk
greenkush
Okay, was thinking the label refers to Hydro use only Sent from my ALE-L02 using Tapatalk Peroxide breaks down pretty fast when it begins to oxidize, but I would not risk making a strong mix only to come back and find you've just got stems left over lol. Justin Hemp
Nah, I'm going in mild. The PM is not that bad ATM, I have trimmed etc etc so merely trying to kill of the remaining spores. I have around 3 to 4 weeks left of flower. Think I go in a little less than 0.5ml per litre Sent from my ALE-L02 using Tapatalk
growopz
I think their bottle math might be off. You want 3% right, so 3% of 1000mL is 30mL, and since it's 50% solution, you need twice as much, 60mL of that bottle, per litre of water to get down to 3% solution. Green Dragon
I mixed a 100ml 40% to 1lt solution , used it to soak seeds and germinate also good for foliage
Dr. Green
Crikey I've been using 3ml of 50% per liter no wonder the PM don't go away

Stuntman Mike
@Gnome Hard to tell from those pics mate. @Dr. Green I've been using a similar ratio, using 10ml 12% into 500ml. I couldn't seem to find any real consensus anywhere on the correct strength for foliar feeding. I saw anywhere from straight 3% h202 to less than 0.2%, so not really sure? Seems like a lot of people are getting PM this season. I noticed it a few days ago too. I have gone through my plants systematically and stripped off all of it I could find, sprayed with h202 and did some major defoliation to let in more air and light. The rain certainly doesn't help. Now my dilemma is to cut my losses now and harvest a week or two early or risk it and push a bit longer. Trouble is I'm away for four days over Easter and left unattended that could be enough time to ruin my entire crop.

Pat999
I'm also having PM atm. I've been spraying with a mix of 4 cups of water, 1 tsp bicarb soda and half a teaspoon sunlight soap. Its that blue box you sommer buy at Spar or checkers. Actually sprayed this evening after 2 weeks of that going away. Did a real good job but we bought a IPM pack from Jamie's that contains something called AQ-SF which is spores you spray on. This battles the PM and eliminates itSent from my G3312 using Tapatalk

Moosed
@Justin Hemp Best solution and only solution in my opinion - cull the plants with PM before it spreads to healthy plants.....
