Smelly Joe
Chemdawg x Candyland: I bubbled out 10L of water for 24 hours and then added 100ml of coconut water. The pic is just to show how she looks now and the next pic will be on Sunday. The pistils is less and she is getting ready for that nice stretch. I was thinking of pulling her down some more but decided to leave her as is and rather just super crop a few tops. Also added a close up pic of one the the tops Mendicino Skunk: Still regretting my decision to top her I did the next best thing to get as much out of her as possible. Grabbed some twine and pulled her down. I gave her a small dose of the Coconut water just to see...... And lastly just a pic of my latest addition. And with a new baby Smelly
Smelly Joe
I can see the lady starting to slowly stretch and the branches is starting to harden. I've started up the bubbler and getting my water all good and clean. I want to give her a dose of CalMag as an additive before flowering kicks in fully. Is this fine or should I just leave it as is??? Smelly
Smelly Joe
Bubbled out 12L of water and added 3.99g of CalMag. It should be 4g but hey.... I'm quite surprised and impressed with the coir grow so far. I thought that it would've shown signs of drying out quick but I quess dropping the pot into the ground does make a big difference. I will be giving her the CalMag feeding tomorrow morning. I haven't watered since Sunday and she hasn't wilted a bit. Maybe the coconut water I added helped with that Will post pics tomorrow of the lady Smelly
Smelly Joe
Chemdawg x Candyland I gave her a 12L dose of CalMag and gave her a quick inspection and found NOTHING WRONG . She is super healthy and happy. I felt her soil line and the only thing that's bothering me now is the fact that she is getting a bit rootbound. I can feel a tight network of roots but will continue with feeding. Also added a few pics of underneath her and her soil. The close ups on the shoots is just to show that no pistils is there yet and stretching is still going. Mendicino Skunk: This one is still in full veg with no pistils in sight a d branches is still soft so I supercropped the branches. I will tie down more growth when the are long enough. Random Seed: This one is still going strong. Gave it a mulch layer of EWC and a aact brew when other get fed. Not sure about sex yet. Hopefully fem....

Smelly Joe
If all goes according to plan then I will start to clean her up / thinning out and just keeping the strong and healthy growth. I have found in the past that I tend to wish I cleaned up so this year I am going that route again but with more detail.
Smelly Joe
I cleaned her up a bit but left most of it on. The branches started hardening so I left as is but just saw now that the branches is getting softer. It might be due to watering today or the lack of water due to heat and coir. She doesn't droop so it's not to little water. Anyway will keep an eye on her and when stretching has finished and bud sites start forming then ill trim all material that get crappy sun. Here is the only 3 leafs that I found that's shows issues but they were on the bottom not getting sun.
Smelly Joe
Chemdawg x Candyland Mendicino Skunk: Unknown#1: Unknown#2: Blue Gelato: The Blue Gelato is starting to grow at last. She has a bit of burned tips but I think its due to the CalMag feed.
Smelly Joe
Chemdawg x Candyland: Well Im guessing that the stretching has come to an end or will be pretty soon. The 1st pistils were noticed 2 weeks ago and since then she has grown a bit. The pic doesn't do her size justice but trust me she has much bigger. I have also noticed that she has 2 shades of green. The left side is lighter green than the right side. It's must be due to the breakage she had in the beginning. I attached a pic again to show where the break was. I still have not cleaned her up yet to much cause I am still gonna try and take a few cuttings just as an experiment. Don't have space for them really but hey there will be participants. Mendicino Skunk : This one has me amazed. She has grown at an incredible rate. She also started stretching about few days after the Cxc and seems to have come to an end too. Random Seed #1 ( might be NL) Random Seed #2 (Blue Kush Berry) The random seeds is also quite a surprise as to the speed they are growing in the soil.
Smelly Joe
Update and Maintenance: I looked at the garden this morning after enjoying a nice wake n bake session and thought about how I can give lady more sun. I whipped out the garden tools and started cutting away. I placed a piece of leftover pallet wood in that area and it fitted perfectly. It also allows me a nice platform to stand on and sit during maintance of the plants. I gave the lady a last minute LST and now she is enjoying more sun and lifted from the ground. Just a very very early pic of pistils starting to show. I know.... Its useless but yeah..
Smelly Joe
Mendicino Skunk At last she is showing pistils and in flowering mode. It's amazing that this was such a small cutting that I planted out in December and look at her now. Her roots has just taken that pot by storm and I'm watering every 2nd day. It'll end up being watered morning and night later as flowering deepens. CHEMDAWG X CANDYLANDThis one is a bit of a worry for me in a way. I'm pretty sure she is rootbound in that pot. I ven tried lifting her few days ago and I could hear roots breaking so the roots has shot into mother earth. I read that the plants can take rootbound in coir better than soil. Not sure if it's true but so so far she is doing fine. I trimmed some of the branched away. Mainly the ones that was thin and crappy. In a week or 3 I will pull more branches down. Got some dowles that I'm gonna use for that to ensure proper supportThese are the random seeds. Unfortunately they still look like they are vegging it out in the flowering sun. Smelly Joe
Mendicino Skunk :Well things has changes quite a bit and it's happening fast. I upped het feed from 4ml to 6ml per liter but found some burned tips on the leafs. So I will be going down to 5ml per liter and will give an AACT tea every other feeding. I wanted to flush with some Calmag but I don't think it's needed at this point. She still hasnt developed any smells yet and is still smelling like new plant.Chemdawg x Candyland :I had my doubts about this one and was considering doing something with her, like transplanting to a bigger pot to help with the rootbound issue, but that would've been a fault. She started pushing pistils and the bud sites is forming nicely. I quite enjoy the flowering style of this plant with the buds forming straight from the stalk. The "Unknowns".These ones has just about veged till the end cause I can only see e the 1st pistils showing and it almost seems as if they are the pre sex pistils which will mean a late harvest. Hopefully weather plays along and will be able to harvest without any of those late season problems. Not from here or thereNot from now or then

Smelly Joe
And what a change it has been in the garden. Not so much the current flowering ladies but the 2 that is so far behind has finally started catching up and now all things are as they're supposed to be. But let's not get caught up in useless talk and dive right into the pictures.......Mendicino Skunk :Chemdawg x Candyland :Unknown 2 strains:Not from here or thereNot from now or then
Smelly Joe
Mendicino Skunk :Chemdawg x Candyland :The wind knocked over a support beam and it fell on the unknowns. I will post pics of them when they have recovered. Today I gave them all a nice feeding and foliar fed as well. This afternoon I sprayed them with some insecticide to prevent anything from creeping in and fucking everything up. Don't panic, it's organic... Smelly Joe
I've been feeding with mostly every watering. Can this be from to much feeding. The tips started browning a week back and though nothing of it cause I schemed it's a sign of just a slight over feed. It seems to get worse. I lost track of when she started flowering. I think she entering week 6. Not from here or thereNot from now or then
