Trailblazer420
Right chaps, sitting here thinking... If green light is invisible to plants, could I install a green LED strip in my flowering tent for "night time visits?" Stuntman Mike
Yup, you can buy green headlamps too: https://hydroponic.co.za/hydroponics/green-led-headlamp/
McB
Just beware of green painted bulbs. They still emit white light to an extent. I'm using a green led. Also not 110% confident I'm not causing Kak. Couple of fields of thought on the green light issue. Sent from my ANE-LX2 using Tapatalk
Trailblazer420
There's a specific spectrum of light they can't see. I'll probably import Some LEDs so I know they're in the right spectrum. Sent from my EVA-L09 using Tapatalk
CG420za
I read that green light actually helps with light penetration and photosynthesis. This is why alot of LED light makers are on the "white light" buzz, coz of the green in the spectrum.https://fluence.science/do-plants-use-green-light/ Edited March 27, 2019 by CG420za
