I disagree. In my opinion a series of irreversible chain events for the complete legalisation of licensed cultivation of cannabis in SA have already began and it's only a matter of time (a few years, probably) until SA sees this through completely. I mean, an example is the fact that the first license for the mass cultivation and export of medical cannabis was awarded by SAHPRA to the company (House Of Hemp) in April already.
