Coverage is great, I'm already planning a version 2. I want to find out what a solid pice of aluminum sheet will cost me instead of using the strips, which will allow for even heat distribution. I have decided to order myself a 300mm x 600mm 2mm sheet, same size as my current light, but it's a single piece, reducing the amount of heat transfer paste needed, better heat distribion, and due to less rivits needed, will result in better aesthetics.Sheet was under R300, so cost is about the same as buying alu strips, but much less work for about the same price.Overall, light performance is good, so will be building 4 more over the next few months, replacing all my existing makeshift designs.
