I assume the bottom section is where the roots go and some medium of sorts to keep the plant alive until received? The top then is where the rest of the plant will sit? What medium is used to keep the roots wet and the plant alive? Agar? Water would just splash everywhere if one were to courier it. I personally dislike the idea of currently sending a cutting via courier, although in the future depending on the laws - these will be superb and make life much easier.
