Bakstein420
Hi all. So I got a few extra seeds with my order from @Cannabist and was wondering how I should store them till I am ready to plant. What methods do you guys use?
1 Bos
If you have the means you could store them in a dedicated fridge at around 6deg. Household fridges are opened too regularly imo, so you will have temp fluctuations.Otherwise store in a cool dry place in a lightproof/dark container- Add some dissicant/rice to absorb moisture. Avoid sunlight, moisture/humidity and temperature fluctuations.Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk 2
1 PsyCLown
I have a bar fridge I use to store my seeds, AQ sf, STS and a few other things in. I don't open it often.I package my seeds into zip lock bags and put quite a bit of silica into the bags to ensure no moisture is present. .. So far have not had any issues. 0 Prawnapple
Agree with @Bospatrollie2 and @PsyCLown - I stored mine in a fridge for more than a year and it still budded, so all good (in a container / envelope). 0 Bakstein420
Thanks guys. Luckily all my seeds are in sealed breeder packs. Just to be on the safe side, I placed them in a container with rice and left it in the back of the bedding cupboard under all the sheets. Wont see the light of day till someone pulls it out.
