He's going to attempt a late outdoor grow on a semi covered patio with minimal supplemental down lighting to stop them from flowering too soon. Cannabis can handle our winter temps but Agree with Totemic on it being too wet. If you can keep them dry and help with a bit of light to add to the daylight hours I think it could work. I've seen it in commercial grow tunnels with a big CFL hanging above each plant. Think I saw it on The King of Cannabis documentary on YouTube.
