Had the same issue on Takealot, while checking out or something, regarding a window popping up and me needing to click or enter details, and it never came up until clearing the cache in Chome on PC. Possibly the same here. Before even loading or setting everything up on the phone again, do bare minimum to get working to test your experience here. If you are sorted, then start adding apps and making it personal again. I have sorted out uploading pics on Tapatalk but still seem unable to upload via the web page.
